Hotel has good & clean rooms. The staff is cooperative. Breakfast has many varieties and it is OK. There is no restaurant. They bring from some other places so food is not warm. I have booked for 4 days but for some unavoidable circumstances have to leave 1 day before . I requested to adjust the amount, but it was not adjusted.
Hotel ambience is very good. Room is comfortable and all amenities are there. its a value stay and i enjoyed my stay peacefully. Food was really good. Staff behaviour was very nice and cordial. Thanks to the staff Sanjeev who personally taken care my every need.
Good Hotel's Location & it is Heart of the Town. Services are also Satisfsctory. Hotel arrenge car service for side seen ayodhya pahar & garpanchokot, baranti lake resnavele rate & drive very good. I recommend all guest come this hotel & enjoy the ayodhya side seen.
Good- Very good for budget & business travellers.. Located on the 1st floor.. Very close to bus stand, market and govt offices, 10mins from station. Clean, spacious rooms, good staffs. They have in-house veg restaurant, but can arrange non-veg from outside. Bad- vehicle horn will wake you up, due to its location near bus stand. And load-shedding problem, although they have generator backup but AC will be off..
It was a really very bad experience... I have booked an A.C deluxe double bed room.. The room was neat & clean..washroom is also clean with hot & cool water supply for 24 hrs. But the room has a very small space.. The staff are not so cooperative and not so well learned. The room price is 1400+GST..but not worth the money.. Check out time is 10am..we were checking out at 8:30am.. at that moment there was no one at the reception...after lots of time the receptionist and the manager came and they told us that we should inform them that we would check out early...
Had a stay for a long weekend and must say it was a pleasant experience. Very less distance from Bus stand. We availed the Non AC Deluxe Room which is quite comfortable and comes in affordable price. Food is really really good. They even helped us organize our plan and enjoy your tour in Purulia. Car rentals are available for tour. Room service is good too. Special thanks to Mr. Abhijeet for taking care of all the room service needs. Recommended to anyone planning a trip in Purulia for a comfortable stay and organized vacation.
The room service and the food items were pretty good and quick. I would suggest the cook here to put little less ginger in chilli chicken and add little more veggies in veg sandwich. Thank you.
