Hotel Rupashree Bangala - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

The service team is very helpful and polite.. especially the food is too good.. room condition is very basic and the staff do their best to keep your room tidy. When we visited there was an issue with the electricity so they were using a generator. After some hours we had a special need for an air conditioned room so they courteously arranged another room in another hotel. Though that other hotel is pathetic. Overall with such a good and helpful staff any basic hotel can provide a pleasant stay.

This is the worst hotel I have seen. There is no much facilities. There is no towels, soaps,etc after repeated asking mainly at night there will be so many insects on the bed, it is a big problem to sleep. The ac doesn't work properly. It is not worth it's money

The ratings are given just because the staff's behaviour was good. Or else the price of the rooms are too much without any amenities No geyser, towels were asked many times, bedsheets were dirty.

Hello Guys requesting please don't book this hotel if you have another option. Location is not good. Hotel manager were not professional. They look like roudism in case if you complain regarding service's.

Apparently the rooms were sea facing with a big garbage pit in front... you need to see the heap of garbage first and then your eyes will reach the sea view.... bathrooms were dirty and stained.... Staff was rude and couldn't give solution to any of the problems. Finally, none of the ac was in working condition. We had to finally shift our hotel.

Hotel is very very close to beach and away from city's hustle bustle. Staff are very polite and courteous but dont understand instructions clearly, have to repeat and make them understand. Food is okay, will recommend to go out for lunch and dinner. AC, geyser, TV are all in good condition and work as desired. I personally felt room was bit small, compared to others on same price.

Well, the stay was extremely uncomfortable. The staff was rude. Food orders took more than a month to be served, lack of staff was evident. Surprisingly, they wanted to throw us out to 18th March 2023 even after having booked the hotel until 19th March 2023. It was little surprising. It was clearly understood that their intention was to con us. I guess that is how they cheat people to make extra money. The rooms were very small and it was untidy. The bedding in both the rooms were smelled like rotten fish. We had literally beg them to have it changed. This whole exercise took approximately 12 hrs. The rooms also had cockroaches resting on the bed and admiring the beautiful spider's web . I have the images in case you need them. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed with my family. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please don't go for it even if you get it for free. If you don't want to ruin your holidays / trip avoid staying in this property.

Pros: 1) Sea beach is very near. 2) Room and lobby neat and clean. 3) Staff behavior is very polite and professional. 4) Room was cleaned on daily basis. 5) Room was spacious. We booked the deluxe one. Cons: 1) Food price was very high, but quality was good. 2) Room intercom was not working and we have to step down to reception to put order. Overall experience was five star. Good for family or friends. I dont know whether they allow solo. Then I would book one next time.
