Absolutely a delight at Rupal Residency! Would highly recommend staying over here for anyone traveling to Jaisalmer. Shilpa was great at her service and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Breakfast at the rooftop was pleasant, being a vegetarian the options were sufficiently enough and delicious. Rooms were neat and tidy too. Overall a great one!

Fantastic hotel in walking distance to the city center and the fort. We really enjoyed the pool on the rooftop with a view on the fort. Perfect for the hot Jaisalmer climate. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and made our stay at the Rupal Residency extra special. We even got a room upgrade without asking for it and could stay in the room longer because our train wasn't leaving until late at night.

The stay was very pleasant and we overall enjoyed the entire stay. The service provided by all staffs were exceptional, especially by Shilpa. The food provided was really good and hygiene. The location was fantastic. The only thing that disappointed me was that they had rooftop restaurant and pool and only one lift is having the option to go into the terrace, and not all the lifts. It means you have to wait a bit before you could actually go into the rooftop.

Being a traveling man, I look for comfort in staying in places that I visit. Then the food that is hygienic is tasty but light on the stomach. Finally, the location with alround views. Hotel Rupal ticked all the boxes.Easy check-ins out with top-class service from the front desk. The owner of the hotel has taste used high standard gadgets everywhere. He has gone out of the way to decorate this hotel, enabling very luxurious stay given the rates charged. It would be injustice if I did not mention the rooftop restaurant with a fantastic view and ambience. I was on the karwa chauth night enjoying the splendid folk music, dance, and splendid dishes. All came with very personalized service. All these with the background of well illuminated 'Sonar Killa'- the gold of Jaisalmer.

Amazing Hotel! The price really worth it! We really appreciated the terrace restaurant with a magnificent view on the fort, and an infinite swimming pool. The food was very tasty. The welcome was genuine and friendly. Special thanks to Shilpa for her support during our stay.

Excellent hotel right in heart of Jaisalmer. Clean and spacious rooms and very hospitable staff. We were looked after really well. A great rooftop restaurant with Jaisalmer fort in the back and live folk music was an awesome experience to have. Highly recommend the hotel.
