Hotel Runway now open - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

Very pathetic experience. dirty rooms, AC was not working, lift was not working, flush was not working, if you are with family please don't go, avoid

1. Near highway, close to market. 2. Place is tidy, toilet is clean, room is in sound condition. 3. Staff is cooperative. 4. Price is on average side for stay. 5. Near to market, yet it is a very silent place. 6. No problem of parking. 7. Close to IGI airport, hotels, restaurants, malls. All are in vicinity of this place. 8. Easy to find through map.

Dirty smiley rooms. Dirty bedsheet and pillow. No water in the washroom. Geyser was not working. Dirty curtains. All locks of window and Door broken. 2-3 times complaint to the reception but they were not bothering for anything.. I suggest don't go for that hotel. I am surprised how 4 rating is given to that hotel.

It was a pleasant stay, room were clean. Friendly and supportive staff especially Miss Mamta and vishal at reception is quite knowledgeable and understand the needs of customers so as pinac. We really appreciate their hospitality and free room upgrah. Great hotel location near T3 terminal. stay was great

It was a wonderful experience to stay one nights to catch an early morning flight.. based on my request,,the room has been allocated and the rooms were quite clean with all basic needs services

Booked hotel via OYO. I checked in at 9 am and left the same day evening. Booked room with complimentary breakfast and paid 30% extra for early morning check in. On reaching the hotel - the room wasn't ready. Made to wait till 10:30 am. Denied breakfast. There was no tap for hot water in the room. At the time of check out, I was told to go to next gully to take money since their card machine wasn't working. They never bothered to inform earlier. Overall a worst stay experience.

Horrible experience. I had booked a classic room for one day, although I checked in after 12pm still the room was not ready. I had to request the hotel staff to clean the washroom and remove the used towel from the bed and even the bed sheet wasn't clean. I doubt it was washed anytime. No, clear communication by the hotel staff. Extremely untidy hotel. No resemblance with the pictures shown in any of the websites. The booking information pdf generated by OYO also had wrong information about the checkout time. Service is not up to the mark. I don't think it deserves any rating.
