Hotel Rukmini - Hotel in Angamaly - Ernakulam, India

My family and I visited the restaurant on 07 Oct, 23, and had lunch in the big table with a sofa arrangement. We paid around IRS 1900. When the bill was delivered, we asked the bearer to bring the card reader machine to pay by card. At the same time, we noticed a huge crowd inside the restaurant looking for empty tables. While we were waiting for the machine, Mr. Varughese ( the so called Manager) approached me and told me to pay at reception if I intend to pay by card. Without realising his cruced intention, I walked towards the reception, and my family ( 4 ladies) followed. Immediately, the group ( waiting for table) rushed to our table before we could even leave the location which I find highly offensive and unprofessional. The resturant Manager seeing the size of other group and the associated business was actually flushing us out !!!! When we complained, the person at the reception showed a constipated face and was ready to call the manager only after we insisted on seeing him.... To our surprise, the manager was the same guy who was instrumental for the incident, Mr. Varughese....He was argumental and unapologetic.... Disgusting experience

My whole family is a regular customers of Hotel Rukmini. * Very friendly and Experienced Staff including the security's. * Tasty food. * Good ambience * They has wallet parking facility.

Got severe food infection in Chicken Biriyani having from here yesterday... Family totally affected.... Plzz give good and healthy food for customers ....

Good hotel with tasty foods and good manners. Nice ambience to enjoy food with your closed ones. Parking is just hard here.
