The location of the hotel is the best part as the river front is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel, The hotel staff was cooperative, the only negative remark I noticed about the cleanliness of the room. Lots of cockroaches were roaming here and there inside my room. After my complaint, they changed my room, which was decent.
Don't ever try to visit it... after giving the whole payment.. my friends visit me on for an hour but they charged it another money like 400... but my friends has visited only for 2hrs. I would like to prefer not to go into this hotel...
amenities shown is matching with actual room including photos of room ..the room was very dirty and unhygienic. No sanitization, No Toiletries, No safe drinking water, water logging, bathroom flush not working, AC not working, Power Back up issues, No linen replacement even after request, when checked in room found country liquor waste polythene inside a drawer (Violation of State Government Laws) and caused me unrighteous. The moment at same time checked in, I called for instant refund with cancellation request made . There is still no response it's been more than 72 hours . Disgusting services don't worth it
