Very good holel for stay in the heart of Dwarka and few minutes walk to Dwarkadhish temple. Hotel is new and rooms look like brand new. Nice service and reasonable price. Hotel has restaurant and food is also good.
It's very costly for its appearance and location. Rooms are also not worth for the cost. Very bad Experience. Didn't even provide water bottle in rooms and charged extra for water bottle.If there is any negative rating possible I would give that.i would not stay in the hotel if I have not given them advance. Upon my checkout on 13-08-2023 I was met with unwarranted hostility and unprofessional behavior from one of hotel staff members, (receptionist boy) Not only was I treated rudely, but I also encountered a distressing incident where I felt physically threatened by their actions. This incident not only marred my stay but left me genuinely concerned for my safety. As a guest, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, qualities that should be fundamental in the hospitality industry. It is disheartening to note that my experience was quite the opposite. I believe that no individual should have to endure such behavior when staying at a reputable hotel like yours. I kindly request that you take this matter seriously and address it promptly. It is my hope that steps will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of your guests and that incidents like these do not tarnish the reputation of your establishment further. I await your response and hope to see a thorough investigation into this matter, along with appropriate actions taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
We stayed here for 4 days. Extended 2 day for some personal issue. Its amazing experience with Hotel Rudra Plaza because hotel all staff were very friendly and supportive. Rooms were very clean and also hotel near to Dwarkadhish Temple near about 300 to 400 meter. Hotel has also own parking and well maintain the parking system. I would suggest the take food in this hotel. you don't have to go any where for food. Food quality extremely good. We have all days take food in Hotel Rudra Plaza.
