This hotel is pathetic. We stayed here for one day sep 09-10 and they charged 3200 for the below average room. The washroom was so basic, there were cockroaches in the room. Towels were not clean. No internet, no AC remote. No food service availability. Online it shows 10 am as checkout time however they force you to checkout at 9 am. For 1 hour delay at checkout, they asked us to pay 1000rs extra. Please do not stay at this hotel if you don't want to ruin your trip.
This is not a hotel, it's a celebration hall, if no booking are there then in that case owner gives rooms on rent for a day or two in very high price. No kitchen, you won't get anything here other than tea, coffie, and water. Worst bathrooms, rooms are below than normal, If you are not getting hotels elsewhere then it's a wise choice.
Firstly this is not family hotel for stay this is just a celebration hall a very below average room, washroom & no room service, no internet etc etc With very high price at this price anyone can get better place in Ujjain to stay
If you have a 3000-4000 budget it's a good hotel to stay there but the bathroom is not good if u want a normal u can stay there
The place was absolutely pathetic 1) No intercom 2) No room service 3) No bill (All black money) 4) Even water bottle wasn't given with 2 rooms that I hired for 2 days 5) They gave me some tariff on the phone and when I arrived there after 30 mins then the tariff was 200 Rs. more per room per day. They refused that half an hour ago they mentioned tariff something else whose call recording I had in the phone This is not a hotel. It's a place where people organize small events such as birthday parties or the engagement function. I would recommend anyone to go any place but this. Absolutely pathetic as per the tariff. There wasn't any scope for water heating to bathe. There wasn't any room service to seek any support for a comfortable stay. The rooms lacked privacy and washrooms were a disaster.
