Had pre booked onam sadhya from here and when we went to buy it, we had to wait for almost half an hour after which they said they never recieved an order! After 10-15mins of showing call history and convincing them, we were made to wait for more than an hour again! When we called on their number to ask regarding the delay they even cut the call on our face! Very poor behaviour towards customers. And no proper systematic way of delivering mass orders. Never going to place an order from there again
