When ever you come to Balugaon, must dine in Hotel Ruchi. It has two restaurants, and both are good. Affordable price with hygienic conditions.

U will find quite good quality food at reasonable price over here... Its not as cheap as chilika dhaba .. but quality is better as compared to chilka dhaba.
Apart from the look, everything else was perfect. They provide take away with plates and yummy food. For a place like that I give it a five star rating because of it's quick service.
