Good hotel let down by service. In my view it's understaffed leading to poor service. Was not allowed a 45 minute early check in on the pretext the room wasn't ready. Restaurant had one person serving. Noisy resto-bar. Poor acoustics management in rooms or poor quality of speakers that were jarring. Requests to turn down volume after 10 pm unheeded. Room service not answered but quickly attended once reception was called. Overall poor stay.
The overall experience was good but execpt one incident. The food was good and the staff at restaurant was really polite and humble.... Rooms were clean and room service was also good...one incident which made us worry was, their vallet parking... After check out when we were abt to start the vallet parking driver informed that the car didn't start from their parking.. I reached there to find that the headlights were kept on for the whole night by the driver(different driver) who had parked in the previous night.... and the battery got drained completly.. But the driver who was there in the mrng acted quickly and was very helpful to get the car Jumpstart.... Thanks to the driver in the mrng...But when this was informed to the staff at reception in the mrng she didn't mind about the incident and when I asked to reimburse which i paid for the Jumpstart Service Mechanic which the driver had hired (But I paid the Mechanic on Spot, before even informing the reception) since the fault was on the driver who parked on the previous night... So everybody beware, as per this receptionist, if we book the hotel will not take any responsibility even for the mistake done by them...Once again I thank the driver who was on duty in the mrng who was really helpful and proactive to get the issue solved and made us continue our plan.....
Stayed here for 4 nights. Pleasant stay. Room clean, large and well maintained. No noise from outside, quality of beds very good. Breakfast on time and good. Valet parking is convenient and our car was ready in the front whenever we had to leave. The highlight of this hotel is the friendly and courteous staff. Not just at the front desk, everyone at the door, restaurant are helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to families. Special thanks to mr. Arun for calling us inspite of heavily booked weekend to accommodate us. We will look no further for a hotel when we visit trichy.
Great place for a reasonable price. I had booked a suite room. It was very clean, great service and good food to. They have complementry breakfast available which was a key highlight for me!!
Nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is very close to Rockfort. Room service is quick. Standard breakfast menu but taste was quite good.

It looked like a new hotel. We stayed here for two days and it was a good experience throughout. The room was spacious and neatly maintained. Check-in and check-out was quick and seamless. Room service, house keeping everything was good. They gave us complimentary breakfast which was also good. They didn't have south indian style briyani (which we wanted to taste) but they suggested few good restaurants nearby. Loved their service. Everyone working in this hotel were very good, patient, respectful, friendly and kind. Overall our stay here was good and will definitely recommend this place to others.
