Have a wonderful experience here today. Today visited during day time lunch. Try plane roti, butter roti, mushrooms masala, kadhahi paneeer. Yummy was taste. Quality and quantity wise best option in the city of muzaffarpur. Price wise decent option.

Booked it for my sister's wedding. The staff is rude af . Bed sheets were stained and when I asked the staff to change that in a suite room he was like all the bed sheets are like this onli that too infront of my guest. The swimming pool is a hoax very small they don't even change the water and when they do they'll charge extra 4 k for that. Inshort book a different hotel if it is not the only option.

It's a very unprofessional hotel. They've no manner of service and no value of customer. Even after many times asking for any service, they were nutral. Very bad employees manner. Very poor amenities n services.

Hotel is good, rooms were neat and clean, food taste is nice.

Overall experience was Good. Hotel have three storey building and I got my room on 3rd floor. Hotel is loacted on main Muzaffarpur to Patna highway. So lot of noise comes in room all the time although there is Glassproof windows. Room was well furnished and clean. Intercom was not functional during my stay. Food quality was very good, quantity and cost wise also ok. one thing I feel that for one person they provide very much food so choose wisely. Staff was very cooperative. As Internet will not work on 2nd and 3rd floor due to there range problem as I had needed hight speed internate for office work but at my room there was WiFi connectivity. so they arrange a place on first floor for my work . Rest I couldn't find any problem I feel very comfortable while travelling solo

Worst in terms of services. You can get much better hotels in Muzaffarpur in same tarif .

Service is not good. I have made an online booking through goibibo but hotel manager has cancelled my booking . It is not good for booking and only for making money.

Visited the citrus cafe, which had an amazing buffet. Loved the food, service was excellent the food and beverage manager was very courteous and helpful with fabulous knowledge about what he was doing. All the best team. Will visit soon with my family.
