Hotel Royce Executive Near US Consulate, Bandra Kurla Complex - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Difficult to even give 1 star to this hotel. Bedsheets are dirty, pillow covers are not even washed. The room is shady with no ventilation. It will smell all throughout the day. I was not knowing that the hotel will be so bad that I left in one day though I booked for 3 days. The only benefit they have is that its near to US Consulate but the location sucks. You will come out of the hotel and will be welcomed with dust and traffic. The plate in which they served breakfast was not even washed properly. Charging 3k+ for a night and not even maintaining the property... Cleanliness is the most basic ask which you will not find in this hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

If you are coming with family and not comfortable with cigarette smell, than this is not for you. I have seen mixed reviews and taken a chance to book. But I did a mistake, paid 3000 but don't have basic requirements. Beds are very bad, bedsheets are smalling. It will have zero ventilation No parking, but the manager kindly arranged some for me. But it has some good points as well, 1. Helpfull staff 2. Very near to US visa center( 5 min in car ) 3. Rooms, bathrooms and outside rooms are maintained as per photos, it's very clean but horrible cigarettes small. I have not ordered any food , so can't comment.

Rooms could be more cleaner, excellent food and quick room service, very helpful and pleasant staff especially at the reception desk. Good for single traveler or couples but can't recommend for families more than 2. Overall good experience.

The hotel was great! The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was terrible to stay in Hotel Royce Executive, Bkc. Nothing was good in the hotel and its a waste of money. The quality of Bedding was poor and torn. Beds were made of some springs and sleep was not at all comfortable. Bath rooms were such small that there was hardly any space for bathing and doesn't have a lock for the door. They claim to have Kitchen but it was not operational. I kept struggling to get room service for my 2nd day but could not get. Never suggest to anybody, very bad experience from this team

The hotel location is very awesome and easy access to USA consulate . Rooms and passages are very neat and clean. The food are very good and the taste is amazing . Overall I really like the hotel. .. The hotel location is very prime Rooms and passages are very neat and clean. Staff was so Kind and ready for help

MS. LAMITA was very nice to us. She helped us very much. We needed some prints of few documents urgently and there was no shop open. She helped us with out prints. We are very glad with the service. Food quality is also very good.
