The staff is extremely helpful. The pieces of furniture are very consistent with the interior. The food quality is fine (cannot comment much about it though), but the quality of room service is wonderful, always nimble and quick at your service. Despite it all, I'm knocking off half a star because of the little necessary details they missed out on, like foot mats.
