One of the worst hotel I have ever been. Booked upon oyo No person to carry luggage on arrival No place for parking Worst room no TV, full cigarette smell , No towels , No soaps , No hot water , ceiling leaking in 307 near fan rod. Noone receives phone provided in visiting card and hotel ,No room service . 3rd class hotel Before telling me , which you paid that we gave, go n see your reviews ,worst hotel, mentioned geyser n safe parking, but there no geyser no parking, whole hotel is damp

Please don't ever visit this place. Very worst hotel, once imagine what if pick pocketers, thieves and local rowdies opens a hotel. This place is same. They will extort money for each and every thing. And the images on OYO and Google are completely fake. The rooms and halls have cigarette and some bad smell. Bedsheets, beds, pillows have dirty stains. No hot water and no TVs. They will charge around 3000/- for very dirty room and ask for more money for better room. If you complain they will scold you in Kannada, Hindi and English. If you don't want to spoil your day, don't even try to book this hotel. You can read reviews and Owners response if you don't believe my review. Worst management ever in my life and I lost my respect to Mysuru and those people. Very vulgar and very rude. They scolded me and my wife very badly for complaining to OYO. They also threatened us saying that they won't let us leave hotel. Those 5 star reviews you see are paid reviews, don't fell for them.

Below there comment should need to read, because they are laying and catching people to come there, what i booked including my kinds only 9 person, i booked in OYO with the same 9person. They are number one frauds. Just carefully read the hotal employees response & their mentality.

very very poor setup.. only bed, Inhygeinic bed Sheets . charged 3500 per room. In the midnight helpless and needy customer being cheated ' the counter staff is looting money puting in his pocket. Please customers, dont go to this hotel... any way.

Whole of Mysurus hotels were booked because of conference and long weekend. The only room I found was this one. Because of demand this room was charged at 3000/-rs per night. Whereas actual value would have been 700-800. So much price for damp walls, no hot water, no room service no nothing. We had to go down and get towels, soaps and water. The room service concept doesn't exist. Never stay in this hotel. I repeat never. Stay in your car if you can if you are in a similar situation. Hotels charging 1000-1300 are 100 times better than this s*ithole.

Badly maintained rooms with overprice. We cancelled the AC booking on phone, and went to the property and booked non-AC room(which was only available). After taking the charges the receptionist showed his phone saying its not updated as cancelled in OYO and they will find it with location. What he was saying was illogical and we showed the cancelled status on our phone. The room looked haunted with damp walls and the sheets were unclean and smelly. Asked us to pay the charges of the AC room while only non-AC is available in the hotel. We cancelled the room and came out within 10 minutes. Finally he took the check-in charges from us. They acted sure that we won't get any other rooms in mysore at night. The receptionist and his helper was shouting and making fun of us(as we are from other state)while we left the reception. Very rude arrogant attitude. Badly maintained rooms and indecent behaviour of staff. Never choose these rooms. They show less cost just to attract people and when you go there this is their attitude. I have read similar experience by another person in the reviews now.

Extremely Bad experience. Online pictures and actual rooms are completely different. Extremely Rude behaviour of the receptionist and manager. Trying to extort extra money. Book this hotel, only if you want to SPOIL YOUR VACATION.

Worst hotel. Charging for clean AC room with WiFi and hotwater and I paid online. When visited they given a dirty non AC room with no facilities. When asked about the booking, they asked for 400 extra for AC room. After paying extra, we got an AC room bit no wifi , no TV, no hotwater. Room lock was damaged and room is dirty. Walls, curtains and bed are having lot of stains and it's not even cleaned after the last customer.very disgusting room.only they r providing electricity , water and a dirty bed with a dirty used blanket. Anything asked extra they were telling not available. Paid 1400 rs for only a night stay. Very poor place in terms of stay
