Nearest to Amritsar railway station. Good for family. The staff is also helpful. Rooms are not big in size, but it is sufficient. I like the high water pressure in bathroom. Taking a shower bath is a wonderful experience.

Nice place to stay with your family, friends... situated in the middle of the city.... Issue is car parking space situated in gali... butter paneer masala taste was not so good else was nice.. paneer burji is good...room service is good... kitchen include with this hotel..4 persons can stay in a single room facility also there... Room charges are low to other hotels...for friends it's nice place.. overall good experience...tea taste is also nice Nice..4 persons can stay together...1 problem is that ask hotel owner to open the gated before you visit because of smale problem coz room were closed or silan prob but after room spay n some time it will good... Hope all that entire area have that issue may be.....chatpata chana masala taste was nice...

First its a budget hotel. So the owner doesnt bother to maintain it. Infact it requires very small care to make it best. The furniture, fittings are broken hear and there. Painting done by unskilled labours. Intercom not working. Wifi not working. No one knows even very frequently used English words. No Billing system. Since it is budget hotel towel, soap are given only one. Dining hall poorly maintained. Especially the ducts are open and filled full of waste and dirts. Steps are higher than the standard heights so it will be difficult to use by elders if the lift doesn't work. Front office people doesn't bother about the guest. Their body language reflect careless attitude. Car parking nothing. Narrow road. Your car have to be parked on the road side at your own risk. Boys never bother to carry the luggage while check in and check out. Service they do like their fate. No sincerity, dedication or natural care while doing their service. We booked the room through travel agent. We alse went through ratings. But it looks like many good ratings are influenced or fake. Though road access parking are the issue, if the cleaning and service are done with high care, certainly its a good hotel. They have every good thing but they dont know how to show case it.

Not good at all. No one is there to serve u. Cleaning staff is good they maintained the cleaning properly but rest is least bothered. At the day of check out no one was there to help to carry our laugage we have to do it ourself and staffs at reception was just watching, there were like koi farq nahi padta. Food was not good, we just had breakfast but that was too oily and no non veg to serve and when we asked for toast bread they said toaster is not working but after sometime it was there. Overall very pathetic experience.

hotel is superfine and luxurious. Best in class budget segment hotel. The food is tempting and staff is very nice. They do care after the checkout as well. Our family got golden temple souvenir while we were checking out,

I would say, you will love everything about the hotel, right from decor to ambience to food to staff courtesy and convenience wise. It's very near to the golden temple and railway station. Rooms are comfortable with high security features. Will surely recommend to anyone who wishes a peaceful and lovely stay....

Good Hotel. Clean Rooms. Good Service. Hot water 24 hrs available. Near to Food Lanes, Giani Tea Stall and Pizza hut, Rang Punjab, Urban Haat. Only problem is congested parking. But they will help you.
