Sadly, there's no option for rating this hotel any lesser than 1 star This is an utterly mismanaged property. The room was damp; the bathroom smelled of sewer gas; the toilet would back flow after flushing; washbasin, faucets and fixtures were dirty; the airconditioner had issues with temperature control -- it was either freezing or no cooling; the lighting in the room hurts the eyes; there's absolutely no choice in the breakfast menu; and there's no complementary drinking water. The guests in my neighbouring rooms kept being loud past midnight and smoked so much that the corridor and room filled with tobacco smoke, and the hotel management kept mumb about it -- all this while I had been assured a quiet room on a non-smoking floor And the management charges extra for all non-cash payments, including UPI payments
This is located near the LLRM hospital and the University. Rooms were ok for a budget stay. Small rooms with a small TV, a chair and a cupboard. Bathroom were just ok. The staff service was great. Since we had to checkout early they provided breakfast earlier than the scheduled start time in our room. We had ordered dinner and food was tasty and value for money.
This place is ok to stay, not so great not no bad. Rooms are ok, have basic aminities like fan, AC, TV etc. Parking is very limited as this place have 2 hotels and parking is in open plots, although gaurd is there to help you out. You can stay here if you look for budget friendly stay nearby to university area.
Please rethink before giving 5 star. I don't have option of giving 0 so giving 1. Reception people have very high attitude. They won't accept pre payment service. Neighborhood are not at all good. Rooms are okay but room service are not good. If you are habituated of hot water than seriously avoid this place. They do not have proper arrangements for this. Specially if you are with family avoid this place.
Washrooms were dirty and service is very poor they don't even provides you a proper breakfast only one item they are providing in breakfast. Even not provided toothpaste kit ,comb shampoo .
