Worst hotel ever I have seen. Moreover, the staff was the biggest blunder in the hotel. We reached the hotel at 11 PM, they showed us two rooms...both were in poor condition. However, I was with my family to decided to stay. I expected the hotel to provide us with water, towels, and soaps but nothing was given before we asked. The next day, while checking out we expressed our resentment to which the staff shamelessly replied saying, "We showed you the rooms before checkout." The staff is super-arrogant with no manners and basic etiquette. I guess the person at the reception...his name was Prashant. For god sake, close this useless place...municipal toilets are better than the hotel.

Worst hotel experience ever. Rooms are so bad, no cleaning. Feels like it been weeks since they changed the bedsheets. Mastress is hard and smells like sweat. Bathroom smells horrible and they don't have the concept of handwash so no handwash. Washroom door mat suppose to clean ur feet but once you step on it you can feel that its even dirtier. Took the non AC room and there is only 1 setting for fan you can't change it. Rooms are dirty too. I think all the good reviews of this hotel were from past, now its bad very bad.

Very poor service by this hotel.They dont have enough support staff.No cleanliness in room and Toilets. The HoteI did not have mineral water bottles to serve. They also could not provide hot water for bathing....Moreover no person available to carry luggage...Very Horrible experience from MMT...Not recommended at all to Anyone..This Hotel could not even provide basic facilities to their guest.

Although the person in charge of this accommodation was helpful and accommodating, the overall service fell short of expectations. One major issue was the lack of staff to properly maintain cleanliness throughout the property. The mattresses were old and stained, and the toilets were also in need of attention. While this place may be suitable for budget-conscious solo travelers, I would not recommend it for families or anyone seeking clean and well-maintained accommodation.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. Constructed in 1994 and very poorly maintained. Very dirty washroom and in our case there was no water in washbasin. Lot of mosquitoes, and when you ask for all out they will put on mosquito coil which makes the room suffocating as no proper ventilation. Rooms are stinky and bedsheets are very dirty and smelly. None of the power socket works and when you ask them to why is this, they will say short circuit. When you complain about anything, they will say we can't do anything.

This hotel is not as real as it looks online, the service is rubbish, the sheets on the bed were not washed, the doormate was not even there. Dustbean was but filled from the front. If there is no such basic thing, where can we get other amenities? We order food in their restaurant and it comes after 25 minutes and that too they order from outside and serve it. I can never stay here again.

Please avoid this hotel in any case. 1.Pathetic staff / arrogant. 2. Unbearable smell in rooms, 3. Very dirty toilet / leakage in flush. 4. Wall silan was bigger issue. 5. Room was booked from MakeMyTrip they kept saying cancel it go anywhere you want to go

Poor service, Housekeeping is worst. No warm water service for 24 hours, you have to wait for 7.30 Am in morning for warm water,so not helpful for early morning dwellers. No flush gun in toilet. It's not a 3 star hotel don't go by its 3 star status. Lot to improve
