My recent stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The elegant decor, attentive staff, and top-notch amenities made for a perfect retreat. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views. Dining options were exquisite, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. I can't recommend this place enough for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The most worst hotel ever i've stay...especially food items is very worst i've ever tested...i don't know who the chef was but the kind of of food he or she cooked was very bad next to me...wak thuuuuii

We got suite room which was very spacious and was comfortable, staff is polite and cooperative, food was nice and location is also good, good view from room window. Overall a good experience, will recommend this hotel

Worst experience of life, we were treated like criminals by their employee Simran because we are from Uttar Pradesh and all the guests from other states are mistreated. Let me inform you that Uttar Pradesh is also a state of India and not every citizen there is a criminal. Legal action should be taken against them, this kind of discrimination is unfair, all other facilities of the hotel are very good, the behavior of all the other employees is also good.

Excellent service and food. We were very satisfied with the 3rd birthday celebration of our daughter. Food was excellent and from the beginning they were very transparent. All our guests appreciated the food and the overall quality was very good. Maas or tenga and Nilgiri mutton stole the show. Mr. Konwar was my first point of contact and he is very honest and worked really hard to meet our expectations. The chef Mr Ajay personally talked to us multiple times before the event and took our feedback from food tasting before the event. On the day of the event all the staff serving us were very supportive and created a very friendly environment. Thank you very much and hope you maintain the same standard moving forward. Good place for a short stay. Location is bit away from main GS Road. Secure area being near to legislative assembly. Food is not bad. Service can be improved.

Worst food I ever experienced.uncooked chicken.Rates are above the sky bt complaints doesn't matter for them.

One of the nice hotelRoyal as its name suggests, beautiful rooms with wooden furniture and marbles with good ambiance. Nice carved wooden furniture and other room decor. Nice cosy room with a good layout. A tiny swimming pool to enjoy with family or friends. Nice spacious family rooms. A meeting hall for approx. 50 persons accommodation. Hair salon and spa for your grooming. Nice option to stay in Guwahati
