To be honest, royal vrindavan gives great service. I recommend everybody should visit this hotel . Great location and room looking like premium category. Nobody can provide this amount. 1 km distance from Aligarh railway station and 500 metre purani bus adda . Thank you vrindavan for ur lovely service.
It was so nice to stay there. hotel was clean and amenities up to. hotel staff was polite specially receptionist .
Hotel is good situated on a busy street of Aligarh in market, all the amenities are nearby.. the housekeeping department is good they keep your things if you left something in hotel, totally safe in every aspect. Highly recommeded.
Rooms are new. 1st night they gave me 2 bed room instead of 3 i had booked. Geyser was not working, exhaust fan not working. room not clean, tv remote broken. service very slow. i raised complaint several times. next day i was shifted to 3 bed room and. the room was better. service fine.
Overall gud experience with this hotel i visited two times.staff is very kind and polite, service is gud.
I have stayed here for 2 day's along with my one more guest. It's was a great present stayed. Situation is very much convenient from bus & railway station. Room's & lenen are clean. Specially bathroom are clean and healthy. Food is delicious and affordable. Hotel staffs are very much cooperative. Always Ready to help out .thank to admin for valuable management.
They claim to be a three star hotel, do not go on their photos, also clear everything about facilities they provide with room rent like breakfast included or not.
Staff, especially the owner is rude, location not favourable for a decent family, not professional in running a hotel.
I had a bad experience and had to change the hotel after reaching back late evening, will not suggest if you are with family.

I have visited this place for some official purpose but got the best service I've ever got in whole Aligarh. Their response over call is very quick like I call them for a service now and they will be at my room within next 1-1.5 minutes. Their food quality is too nice.
