There is no cleaning of the rooms when we checked in. They told us that they will do it at 10 am. But when I returned in the evening at 7 pm, the room was same as earlier, no cleaning of the room. They provided me room for getting fresh, but not empty one. They provided room which was already occupied by someone and without knowing him they provided that room to me for 30 minutes. Ethically this is not correct. I refused it. I had booked 2 rooms but they did not provide on time. Rooms were awesome but service was the wrost. They were making lots of excuses. This was the my first experience with hotel booking made by red bus. Please let me know what actions you will take. One more thing hotel rooms were awesome. But behavior of staff and cleaning of the rooms were the biggest issue.

.. I will try to provide an unbiased and genuine feedback. Pros: 1. The location of the hotel is good and is very near to the station. Pn 2. The rooms though quite small in size but are well maintained. Cons: 1. None of the washrooms in the rooms have latches from inside. You can only close the door and expect that your kids/friends dont get in accidentally. 2. Communication gap is a big thing with the staff so you need to double confirm your requests to make sure they understand what you want. 3. The hotel staff does not keeps its words. Before booking the hotel, I had called them up and they said that they would het me picked up from the hotel but when I reached there they told me to come to hotel by auto. I had also called up the previous day but the lady on call told me early morning pick up requests are handled by a separate night shift staff so I needed to call later. However no one picked up the call in the night. 4. Breakfast is not prepared in the hotel so they get it from outside. I ordered 3 kinds of paratha for breakfast (aloo, gobhi and paneer) and when I received them, I found that the paratha were filled with unbelievable huge quantities of red chilly powder. I can eat very spicy stuffs but those parathas became hard for me even to digest. So when you order breakfast, make sure that you tell them your needs clearly. Now the incident that pissed my off and ruined my Jaipur trip. I requested for a travel agent detail ad I needed a taxi as per standard 8 hours/ 80 kms shift. The lady on the reception asked me if I needed it for site seeing. As that was in my plan for the day to see ma coouple of places as well so I told her that yes I would go there as well. She said that the taxi can be arranged From the hotel at Rs. 2000 for 250-300 kms. I got surprised and asked her to reconfiirm if the taxi can run that much kms for that rate. Usually no one runs that many kms for INR 2000. Surprisingly she confirmed that the taxi would cover 250-300 kms for INR 2000 I boarded the taxi and drove around 25-30 kms and asked the driver to take my family to Choki dhani for dinner. When he said that it would incur additional charges, I rang up the hotel only to find that they had not given the taxi as I had requested. Rather they had booked it only for local site seeing.( I really did not understand how a taxi can cover 250-300 kms with local site seeing. Though the dinner cost was to be paid only by me but the driver did not take me to the location. I had my dinner in the city and returned to the hotel. The commnication gap ruined my dinner plans.

This hotel is very good neat and clean, well decorated room with nice bathroom,full air conditioner facility but free wifi facility is only present at ground or 1st floor.food quality is nice and tasty. Room service is good and has a good location in main city of jaipur....

This was at excellent stay I had in Jaipur with Hotel Royal sunshine . Staff was super good and quick. Rooms were small but very clean and well maintained. Located near Sindhi Camp Bus Stand and sometimes its bit noisy due the vehicles horns. All in all an excellent budget stay.

The best hotel I visited in JAIPUR till now. There is some good restaurant near by. Hotel was clean & peaceful. Room was big & washroom was really clean. King size bed with modern infrastructure. Affordable for middle class people.

Nice Hotel. Comfortable staying in hotel.. well furnished rooms, coprative staff. food quality is also superb. over all its full value of our money. I recommend this hotel to all my friends & relatives.

very happy with experience of staying 3 days in Royal sunshine. good staff.. good reception staff....very good service....nice and clean room...clean washroom ..walking distance from polo victory cinema. over all i will give 5 out of 5 . willing to stay again.
