Hotel Royal Suites Plus - Hotel in Ajmer - Ajmer, India

I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. Half staff is rude and do not corporate. The rooms weren't cleaned. No towel , no soap, no drinking water was provided. After requesting they gave us towel and small soap. Bathroom was not cleaned. The owner Archit Jain was too mean and disrespectful. Location was also not good. Plus the kitchen was worst, so dirty if anyone would see the kitchen would vomit and won't eat food at all.

Luxurious and comfy rooms for an affordable price tag. The rooms are quite spacious compared to others in the area.The room service is quite responsive. The rooms and common areas are near and clean. Overall a very good stay option in the vicinity of Ajmer Dargah Shareef.

I took family double bed room (Rs 2500). September 2023. But there is no facility in the room. The TV doesn't work. The tape in the bathroom is broken and the shower is leaking water. When I made a complaint, the staff said that it can be fixed now and walked away. Even though I repeated it several times, this is the situation. And there is no bathroom towel or anything else. Dirty water is kept in the room for drinking. (no water in the bottle) except that the room is a little clean, everything else is very bad. No one should come after seeing the photo given on their hotel website. There is a place to take a selfie next to the hotel.

Over all it was good the rooms we're spacious n a bit far from Dargha if uh hv aged people so I wouldn't recommend bt if evry1 Is fit n fn then uh can the service was too good if ur in Ajmer uh can stay right here

Few days ago i visted at this hotel first of all don't get trap by seeing phtos its just waste of money n owner name archit jain he doesn't know how to talk with customers his behaviour is worst he doesn't co-operate n they don't provide basic things also n kitchen was sooooooooo worst so dirty i can't describe n there is no cleanliness in the hotel n we had booked 5 rooms but this person didn't gave us bill also i would rate this hotel in 000000000000.......

Disgusting and third grade hotel. Reason(s) For every basic amenities (toiletries and towel)you need to call on reception and ask them. They will not provide anything in a complementary. They will charge for room rent you as per there wish. As per third party app the charges are very low. They will add unnecessary charges on the food bill which you haven't ordered. So please check. The charges they will charge you in that amount you can easily get a room in a 5 Star(Maansingh Palace). Not at all hygiene area. You need to call them atleast 3-4 times to get any service. All they need money without any service. We stayed for 1 night they have charge Rs 2200 plus GST without a ventilation room. Don't take any cab facility from them they will include there commission. They will provide you a cold drink(750ml) at Rs 50 plus GST.

It was a very bad experience Specially the receptionist guy who's so called named was 'Wasim' his attitude and way of talking to guests is so disrespectful. i will suggest not to visit hotel royal suite never in your life. Few days back we stayed at this hotel it was a worst experience when we enter they made us wait for one hour even there were senior citizens n we asked for water but till the end they didn't provide water n also they don't provide basic amenities like towel, soap in three room bed we got one towel only n one small soap n specially owner Archit Jain behavior was worst he doesn't know how to talk n they don't cooperate also with customers it's a request don't waste ur money by staying in this hotel don't get fool by seeing photos.....
