Hotel Royal Serenity - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I was stayed in room no 409. It was nice & pleasant stay at the property. Staffs are very much helpful. Resturent food test was good. Only problem was there AC water leakage on the floor.

Its a service apartment turned hotel so each room is like a bed room in a flat. Pretty decent stay. The rooms are bit small and its not value for money.

One Month before I stayed in Royal Serenity Kammanahalli, It was very nice stay and very good Breakfast, After that I book the Room in Royal serenity HBR layout (new Royal serenity in) hopeless service, before booking please conform right place, other wise you will be in trouble

The confirmed booking and room availability, and 15 minutes later refused and didn't acknowledge the conversation. Staff enjoys troubling others.

Very nice and descent hotel apartments.. polite and helpful staff.. hotel price is very reasonable to stay even for a long duration. It was indeed a great stay.. breakfast is included.. rooms are clean and they provide quality food.

Waste of Money... Poor Maintenance and no proper response.. it's not a hotel.. They are using apartments as hotel... Tiny rooms with no basic amenities

Pros : Hotel is in prime location and you can find good restaurants arround. Cons : Hotel is managed by A person called biju. he is a con man and he doesnt care about customers at all. even when u call him or message for any help. Stayed in October 2022 - They Gave good with coffee maker/towels/ & few other amenities for 2500 INR. when we Went back in November 2022 - we called Biju for reservation he said its available. and after reaching we found that rooms were not available. We had to checkin in other hotel and we came back next day to this hotel as our advance was paid. This time they had removed all the room amenities (coffee maker,Towels and even stove) when asked they dint bother to respond. no one apologetic for any of thier mistakes. and the lady sits in the reception is good for nothing. she doesn't know how to take care of customer and doesnt even responds to our request or calls. biju is the real culprit, and the lady acts as he says. they were not even bothered to send someone to carry luggage from room to reception even after making us wait for 30min. Whole hotel has only 3 staff which is main problem. biju is money minded guy. he behaved good in oct & turned out as a careless guys even after raising concern about the difference in room facilities. worst boss and front office lady, never step in into this hotel.

Advance booking was done and confirmed but on arrival, no room was immediately. But after meeting a room was provided. The 5th floor. No lift after 3rd floor. Very stinky room due to water leaks and seepage on walls around. Not clean. Not value for money. No regret for providing a poor room. Over booked so I didn't have a right room.
