Booked 20 rooms for a family function , the management was very friendly , were ready to accompany any request that came by and ensured the guests were comfortable . The support staff also worked efficiently. All major outing were just a few meters away . The underground parking space in such a crowded place was a big plus.Overall had a pleasant and a memorable stay.
I stayed in royal satiyam Hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is centrally located,for shopping as well as dining. The staff's are down to earth polite.wifi is available, only in rooms.breakfast is good,it's indian breakfast with a touch of cereals and toasted bread.There's bar to enlighten yourself. About the room,the toilet should undergo minor renovation, and overall cleanliness will be much appreciated.
I have been coming to this hotel for the past 3 years - Business Trip and I must say that it has consistently provided excellent service and quality. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, and they go above and beyond to make sure that my stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. I appreciate the attention to detail, such as the complimentary water bottles and fresh towels that are always replenished. The hotel also has a great location, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. I always feel safe and secure during my stay, thanks to the attentive security and helpful front desk staff.
Courteous staff. I booked over phone based on their homepage. Located in pretty decent place. They offer senior citizen discount. Rooms are fairly large and the bathroom is pretty decent. Overall worth for the money spent.
Not worth for the money, asking 4 times for one blankets after 2 hours only they gave. Not recommended for tourists.
I stayed here because this hotel is close to all the emenities: shopping complexes and restaurants. Hotel needs a lot of improvement.
