For us it was nice place to stay...starting from the entrance, reception, lift and the rooms were clean. The staff was very polite at the reception and our room keys were provided, went to the room. The whole hotel was clean. The reception area was abit small but well maintained. The room was very nice and bathroom was very clean though the bathing area was very small but it is fine, a few things
Room was clean and food was nice too. People sitting in the reception were not actually nice. Rude till the very end and useless as well.
Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are at times slow to act but helpful nonetheless.
Important - There is no hot water in the showers. They will give you a rod if you need hot water. According to the property, hot water in showers are available only in winters.
We didn't get a TV as they promised.. the room was tidy.. there was no table to keep anything as we were travelling in Bike.. the room was nice.. the location also was good.. there is good food spot nearby and there is one 24/7 just 20 meters away.. other than that everything is fine..
Worst hospitality ever seen in whole career don't ever go in this hotel even the room charges are so high expensive please don't waste your money
