Bad customer service, the manager doesn't know how to deal with customer and is somehow aggressive with customers all the time. You have to go to others room for water and stuff, even if you're paying amount for your single room. Not recommended, only stay here if you have no where else to go.

Hotel is located at 3rd floor so be ready for 60 steps climb without any office boy or lift support. Good for solo travellers or bachelors. Double bunker size beds with curtains. You will have own charging point, mirror, fan at your bed. Pillow and blanket will be given. No towels. 1 common bathroom for around 15 guests. Filtered water available. Ac will be switched on only 7pm - 7am. You can get good foods outside.

this Malabar residency really very nice guest house , dormitory bed are so good ,nice decoration, clean ok, specially staff Abdul, afif and nawful very good everything is good at night But in Afternoon believe me u can't stay in side room morning 9 to evening 9 u can't stay I don't know why they don't give ceiling Fan they provide small fan on bed which is useless . believe me Afternoon if u are in dormitory room u are going to boil yourself this is very big problem , when I am staying there during Afternoon mostly I stayed out side because first u have to go 3rd floor for guest house there is no lift in building u have use staircase then the room is warm. so I have request to respected owner plz solve the problem or either make 24 hour Ac ON in guest house so people can relax . but all staff behaviour is very good . that's y I give 4 star . warm place with nice decoration which is useless.

Can't say that it's good but not even bad if you look at its price. I spent three nights and each night costs 1100 Rupees. Rooms are small and washroom is not attached. Washroom is shared between three rooms. But its value for money as CSMT railway station is at walkable distance and lots of bus stops are nearby this hotel. Staff is polite and friendly. Room service is quick.

I stayed in this lodge from 3 march to 6 march(3 nights) in their triple bed room. I expected a little amenities(you guys don't look their amenities listed out here, all are just for taking customer). Not even a towel, soap, water bottle, that they described in their amenities. And the lodge is in the 3 floor of an old building where we have to climb a 80 degree vertical stair that was almost to break and will pass through in-front of family rooms. That's a weird experience ever and I kindly requesting you to don't book this room.
