Not a hotel worth trying,no dependable power back-up,AC not properly working,no restaurant facility at the hotel&Room service almost completely lacking. A horrible experience for me as a first time visitor.

This is a nice budget friendly and good hotel. The staff is very friendly. I had a very delayed check in at 1 AM but the hotel managed it very smoothly. I strongly recommend this place.

Everything is good but the receptionist's behaviour is horrible He looks at us like we are criminals ...... Again and again he judges us harassing us and asks odd questions..... After showing the I'd he just searching our address and asking personal questions he claimed that our adhar card I'd is fake and again and again scanned it .... I really feel so uncomfortable.... We are tired of his behaviour ... Unmarried couples please don't come

The best thing about this hotel is the location, it is located in the main center of Siliguri near clock tower. A walkable distance to almost all the important market places or you can get a local transportation by just stepping out from the hotel gate which is a plus point. However the hotel need more improvement in their rooms and services. The food was quite okay.

We booked the room for 1 night stay to catch a flight from Bagdora Airport after our trip. The place is easy to find from the main road. The rooms are decent for the price. They also get you food from the restaurant available, lifts are also available. One thing that was bit disturbing was the outside traffic noise, we could hear a lot of honking from the traffic, apart from that the rooms and bathrooms are good and worth the money. hope you have a great stay there.

Room is ok but no basic amenities were provided which was ridiculous. They didn't even provide toilet tissue which took me crazy. The breakfast they serve is not up to the mark and one of my friends had stomach upset after having their breakfast. There is no room service at all. But if you are looking for a clean and calm place to spend the night only at cheap price then this place would be a good choice.

Very poor experience. Bedsheets were all spoiled, towels were dirty n torn, utensils were worse than road side stalls. Staffs were polite. Owner was helpless. Food quality was also good. Location too was good... I suggest any another hotel at same tarriff or even less... Very bad hotel.

Pros: - the staff are prompt and helpful - the room and bathroom are clean - the food they provide is a decent quantity for the price they charge Cons: - the room is small and some fixtures are missing - the AC in the room that I was in had a burning smell - the food took a long time to get delivered, since they don't have a kitchen in the hotel
