Superb place, Awesome hospitality. Soft spoken and supportive staff. Beautiful property.. nice spacious clean rooms. Bon fire, kids playground fountain park and nice photo background places. Enjoyed to the fullest.

the property is old and needs renovation . I have booked suite for stay but it's not worth giving 8k. food is good.staff is also good. suite was not properly cleaned and well maintained. it was dusty all around. the couches are dirty and old asking for a thorough repairs. would not recommend to book suite with such high price for dusty and sluggish room. overall the property is good and in non chaotic place. classic rooms are there newly constructed rooms. one should go for these rather than any other rooms. also the play area is not well maintained. very less light, broken furniture and missing items . so you won't be able to play anything.

Great place the hotel is situated in. I actually was here only for lunch in their restaurant area. The food here was okay but not so good and there was not a variety. The service was not as good either. But the place is good and there is also a small park area for children to play next to the restaurant. The hotel overall is good but I cannot provide a detailed review on the hotel experience.

Stopped here for lunch after visiting the Khajjiar meadow. Its 600m away from the Khajjiar meadow - a great place to stop, refresh and have a meal if you're in the area just visiting Khajjiar. Had an awesome meal. The food was really delicious. Rotis were superb and the Jalebis we ate here were the best we've ever eaten. Made hot and fresh in front of us - light crispy and super tasty!! The hotel location is very scenic. Great valley and garden views. Great for weddings and parties if you're local to the Chamba valley.

Had great experience living here in royal residency khajjiar....from rooms to service to food everything is top class..just 5 min away from khajjiar lake and situated around kalatop sanctuary. Best option to stay and visit khajjiar the mini Switzerland of India.

Best hotel in khajjiar, staff very polite and especially no one drunk in duty time because I have visited many hotels but mostly hotel staff was drunk badly. My experience was good. If you need quality then you should go for it.

Decent Size rooms. Location great in terms of view. Staff humble and cooperative. Food overall good but a limited menu for breakfast. You guys need to make your buffet more appealing. Washroom basic in comparison to room.Had a pleasant stay.

Excellent location. Paragliding site is close by. Value for money. Deck of hotel has amazing view.
