this place is okok not so good not so bad. they mentioned that they have food services but they don't. hotel owner is helpful as he helped us in arranging cab for the tour. but as we talk about the room . room is congested and little bit smelly. not ss shown in the make my trip pics. like as compared to price it is high. Please mainrain your hotel and do cleanliness.

My friends and I had booked a room at this hotel for our stay at Aurangabad. The room which we got was not clean at all. The extra bed provided was not good and was simply kept on the floor. During our whole stay the room was not even cleaned once which in turn made the extra bed to be useless. The blankets had been too old with significant were and tear. Also the mangers did not comply with the previously agreed upon terms of booking. They say those terms agreed was based on mistakes and misinformation but I beg to differ. Also I suggest if anyone wants to book with them directly, kindly make sure that you have a physical proof of the agreed terms.

Apart from its location nothing is good about this hotel. I stayed here for some days and not even a single day they cleaned the room. We asked for extra bed for which they charged extra but in the end they just put some matress on the floor and called it as bed. Never talk to them on phone and book the hotel at the decided prices, coz in the end they'll increase the amount and start fighting asking you the proof of conversation. Some of the things which we noticed about this hotel was: 1. Unhygienic (bedsheet and blankets wasn't washed and the floor was dusty) 2. Frequent power loss 3. Very costly in the end with some additional charges. 4. Very arrogant manager who doesn't even have the basic communication skills to deal with customers.

I booked it through make my Trip apps, but the Hotel was not at all as per our expectations. The room was not at all good, the bedsheets are torn and the hot water system is not available for our schedule.

This Hotel is near to Railway Station and Hotel is Good but need to maintain Clean But Good Hotel in Budget and Short Stay.

Basic room in expensive pricing, can get better place to stay in same price. Won't recommend to stay.

Had booked the room for 3 nights for an X amount through telephonic communication. The front office guy on the 2nd night refused any such conversation stating having booked the room for the 3rd night as well. Had to leave the room at 2AM. No one came for cleaning the room as well on the 2nd day.

Nice property, walkable from Aurangabad railway station. Very professionally managed. We also booked car for Ajanta & Ellora through them & service was perfect. Rooms nicely decorated, furnished, washroom fitted with modern fittings, have lift facility. Will surely recommend. Hope they maintain their standard. Only con is they are not having inhouse restaurant but ample restaurants outside.
