Very pathetic, room booked on MMT, we reached at 12 in night and they denied for check in, very bad experience

Room service is too bad. Rooms and bathrooms are so dirty. Kit not provided in bathrooms. As well, for water you need to call everytime. Food is not available. Rooms are too small for family. Only for single persons. bathroom size is too much small. Staff service is so bad. You have wait so much or need to request again and again to staff for similar work
It's a not proper hotel. You can only use it for transit at your own risk. Plumbing is shabby. Rooms feel clean but are very compact. Hotel is infested with Rats. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Room service is available which is quick. There is continuous commotion even in the night. Probably not value for money.
This hotel is very close to most of the industries. 2 very good eating joints are in close vicinity. Rooms are small but suitable for work related travel. The front office personnel are responsive and listens to the guest's demands.
