Worst room and service, poor hygiene cockroaches everywhere, mosquitoes biting whole night! Dirty bedsheets which are stained , musky smell in room giving you a headache, hot water only early morning and it came out with dirt due to rain, no intercom, lift not working seems like it's haunted, staff very slow with all the help needed! Manager is not co-operative and very rude no management skills at all! No hygiene around food too! Overall had the worst experience at this hotel not worth the stars it has! Anyone wanting the worse stay and an upset stomach your welcome to visit and see for yourself!

Nous sommes arrives ici car nous n'avions pas le choix, bloques a la station essence d'a cote a cause des inondations dues au cyclone. Sinon, jamais nous ne serions venus. Tout simplement horrible, vieillot, endroit morbide et sombre, la cuisine fait peur, la douche met de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain. Eau chaude uniquement entre 7h et 10h! J'ai ouvert le rideaux et il y avait des pigeons et rats de l'autre cote de la fenetre (en plus de la vue horrible sur le batiment pourri d'a cote). 2500 roupies la nuit pour ca c'est du vol !!! FUYEZ!

A fantastic hotel located in koyambedu.The breakfast taste was amazing& provided 50+ food varieties in breakfast. rooms house keeping was maintained perfectly.only new furnitures kept inside in the room. Note : These all above are my imagination.otherwise this hotel, simply waste.Not recommended.

Very worst hotel I have visited so far. They never worry about hygiene. Washroom is too worst, too smelly. AC was not working for whole the day during the seminar. Over all very worst maintained hotel.

The worst hotel I ever stayed. My company booked my stay for three days by making the full payment in advance. The hotel staff allotted someone else's room to who was already staying there, without checking. They changed the room, after I complained. Poor service, lot of cockroaches, stained bedspreads and towels . Poor house keeping. Not even one thing which I could say is good. The mmt also didn't respond even after complaining. They refused to return money.. Don't go by the images put on mmt. It was really a nightmare

This is worst hotel. Do not stay here. Staff is not cooperative. No room service. Staff is not good. Particularly GM is very rude. No cleanliness. Food quality is very poor. They do not know how to deal with customer. Very bad experience. No star for this hotel. Do not deserve to be hotel

Honestly I don't know what to say. I stepped into the hotel because I had time to board the bus and here's the list of events. This is definitely not a place for families unless you're in an emergency. The reception was dusty, the restaurant empty and musty, the rooms were definitely in need of cleaning and the elevator was rickety and weird. So after exploring the space I went to the bar for a drink. This was there my jaw dropped. There were people singing and around 10 girls who were hired dancers in the bar. This seemed more like a pick up spot than a bar and it was absolutely ridiculous to experience. To top it half the stuff on the drinks menu were not available. The saving grace were a chilled beer, prompt service and the decent food. The fries were fresh and delicious and the pepper chicken was spicy and tasty but a small portion. The cost of these three came up to 770 which was funny too. Drop in to Hotel Royal Plaza if you just want a drink and some food and nothing else.

Rooms are horrible , no Hygiene, cockroach are there in the rooms. Not one cocroach, many one . Broken doors, no hanger , I will never ever stay in this again. There is no option for 0 rating , that's why I am giving 1 , otherwise I shall provide negative marking. Worst
