Cheated by them, big CHEATERS. My parents (senior citizens)personally visited and were shown a Deluxe room which they wanted next day as they had a train from agra fort station. They confirmed the same but Next day when they reached there with all their luggage they were informed same room is not available and alternate very bad room was given..no ethics at all. Very bad treatment of tourists that too senior citizens with a child.... please avoid getting cheated especially if you book online/beforehand.....CHEATERS!!!!
Wow... It's most common place and also visit here .such a rooms are so comfortable Just like bed AC tv wifi is all are available here Service also Good. Location mostly communication area so I like it.
I booked hotel seeing Google rating of 4.7 but it was much below expectations. Only RO water bottle, unbranded toiletorie, local cable with pathetic remote. Hot water on request and multiple reminders which works for 10 min.
As per my experience, i recently visited this hotel for 2 days stay. The overall experience was good except two things- 1- The staff is kind of lazy i.e. for cleaning my room i have to call them 2-3 times, and as per the price they charge at least you should give towels, slippers and other basic stuff to your customer. 2- The hotel has its own restaurant that serves satisfactory food, however that doesn't mean the customer has to order food from you only. As I'm a street food lover and visited agra for local food exploring, the restaurant staff unnecessarily calls me in day or night asking for breakfast lunch & dinner, etc. I mean people like me who need their own privacy feel annoyed with this selling strategy. So don't do this next time!!
It's a small hotel but neat and clean rooms as well as food outlets and staffs are also very much friendly.
Best restaurant in Agra, and that too near Agra Army Cantt. From reception to bell boy to restaurant, every employee of their will welcome and serve you with a smile. Always on-toes for the service. Besides this, they've free cloak room and refreshing room so it'll help you in saving money if you check-out from hotel and still wanna explore the city. Cleanliness etc is also good. Without any doubt just go for it.
