It is very bad and the worst hotel I ever visited. The staff is not reliable. Rooms are also not that good and maintenance is very bad. The Esthetic of the rooms is not that good. Rooms once allotted in advance have no guarantee. They will change rooms in lost minutes. They will create the situation to take room of their own. Highly recommended to not prefer this hotel

It was worst hotel i have ever seen from outside it looks amazing and can grab your attention too but inside the rooms are stinking like bus/railway station washroom, and the service provider are in full of attitude they like we have this only you want take it or go elsewhere, even they asked that why you came here why you didn't went to Spark Hotel, it was the worst hotel ever i have seen

The worst hotel I've ever experienced

Very badly maintained hotel. Unhygienic rooms, peeled off plaster/painting, exhausts are not functioning, malfunctioning of ACs. Added to this the staff working in the hotel starts consuming alcohol at 5.00 at stairs of first floor and making the passage more filthy.

The hotel room is NOT the same given at the reception as what I actually booked. The reception staff does not have any knowledge of what Room and size I have booked. There is NO water bottle provided, I need to purchase every time. In-Room TV does not function properly, need to always call the room boy for assistance, and is frustrating. the price paid for the Room rent is too high. The room may be good for a stay without many expectations. I was told to be a seat at the Reception and read the paper! NOT a good experience for my Family

Had booked three rooms for a day,,, room had liquor smell the whole stay in spite of they spraying room freshner

We visited 29th July 2021 they allotted room which is horrible.Bathroom flush not working there is no proper cleaning , when we woke up our room is flooded with water A/C water leakage, we requested to change the room they denied and said no vacant rooms,but there r empty rooms. Thet just cleaned and went way, there is not rectified root cause . First of all this is looks like lodge room in mass area.for this price not at all worthable,before booking please do check thrice and go. They just showcased in photos inside very very worst we never saw this type of dirty rooms.we are totally disappointed.

First of this was not suitable for families. It's for bachelor night parties. Second floor bar. No maintenance at all. No staff. You should use lift slowly. No packaged drinking water.
