Good hotel in Malda town, value for money. Staff was very helpfull. Room service was superved. Room was spacious, with attached toilet. They offer parking space. For few nights, I will recommend.
Malda doesn't have a lot of good hotels, but Royal Park is definitely one of them. It is located conveniently on the main road with easy access to public transport. The rooms are big with spacious and comfortable beds, wooden chair and table with granite top, a medium sized fridge and an electric kettle. The bathroom is neat and tidy with tiles finish and is equipped with a geyser. Each room has air conditioning and a wall mounted TV. The staffs are courteous and helpful. The rooms come with complimentary breakfast. The hotel has their own kitchen and the food is excellent, in terms of both quality and flavour. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I definitely recommned it for its hospitality.
Good place to stay for business travel. Behavior of staff is good and helpful. Rooms are clean with basic amenities. Close enough to Railway station and bus stand. Pick-up and drop-off facility available for Railway station.
No idea why this hotel does not show good review but I found it quiet satisfactory. Large and well ventilated rooms, decent and reasonably priced food. Space for car parking was adequate. However, rooms on the lower level may be noisy. Located right on the highway. On the negative side, on my last visit I have found that the rooms badly needed a coat of paints, ACs were working but cooling were not at all satisfactory and in the prestigious suit the the plumbing fixtures were broken.
Hotel in very good location,Rooms are specious,food is tasty...but the cons are the Employees specially the reception guy...be aware of him...he can cheat you by not provide full bill or can charge you extra by providing extra food to guests
Rooms are ok not good as property is not maintenance is not ok, some food items are very costly so check before order. Good to stay if wants to avoid the city rush .
On my way to darjeeling from kolkata we chose to stop @ malda and selected randomly this hotel in malda. Luckily it was the best in its budget. Best in services. Best in foods and luxury.room was neat n clean with full of elements needed for daily life. From air cond to geyser and refrigerator to soap and shampoo. If in future I get a chance to visit Malda, I will visit this place. Staff are very helping. And atmosphere are friendly. It has plenty of space for motorcycle parking. And it was a safe parking. Wishing them all the best.
