staying hotel is price worthy, the room was big enough to stay comfortably, situated at the market place to access all the amenities, Mangalore central railway station within 1 km by walking, the behaviour of the staff good, allowed us to enter before check in time since vacant room was available.neat and clean but the room was old and needs some maintenance. safe and secure and staff behavour was good and helpful

We booked this hotel on line when we were on a pilgrimage to Mangalore and nearby holy places because of its location and proximity to railway station ,bus stand,market,Shopping centres and restaurants.But I was totally disappointed with the hotel rooms.Because of the poor ventilation of the bathrooms the rooms are smelling different.The interiors are not upto the mark when compared to the hotels where we occupied earlier in the near precints for the same rent.Water leakage in the bathrooms were not attended to when Mangalore has heavy water supply issues reported during our visit.Bed spreads and pillows were also not upto the mark.Only advantage is the proximity of the hotel else it's a big disappointment please.
Nice hotel , centrally located , pleasant service. Enjoyed my stay. They permitted early check-in by one and half hours without any extra charge. Next visit , I will stay with them only They are not pestering you for room service or anything.
Over All Experience was good, The Room and Bath Room was clean Neat and tidy. Support staff were friendly, Helpfull. The camod water tank in let pipe was loose, informed the Hotel staff of it. As a Family we had 3 Rooms Booked, Got 1 Room on the Second Floor, and 2 Rooms in the Third floor. Easily Manageable. The Hotel had an Attached Restaurant which made Dining Easily accessible. Food tasted Good. We stayed for 2 Nights one night spent on a Normal day and the other night was spent on the day where Curfew was announced, We had booking in place and the Hotel staff helped us to find transport for us, the vehicle was good and reasonably priced. we liked the Hospitality and Response of the Hotel staff and the location where the Hotel was situated. Family had a pleasent Stay in Mangalore at the Hotel
Comfortable stay for a night or two. Staff (reception executive Prashant) was friendly and responsive. Room was comfortable. Sheets and linens to be checked for cleanliness before guest check-in. Smoking odor was too much in the corridor and also fest inside the room. Overall Comfortable stay and friendly staff. Spacious room was comfortable as we booked two non-Ac rooms. Adjacent eatery/restaurant was a plus.
The room prices are actually 1500 for AC rooms and 1000 for non-AC rooms ( room for two ) but many times I've experienced that the receptionists ( Both male and the female staff) trying to charge extra by saying 1750 for AC room and 1500 for non-AC rooms ( they change the price as they want ) . Please don't fall for this. Apart from this issue I've never experienced any kind of problems or discomfort while staying there. Best place for couples Rooms are moderately neat and clean Bathrooms are kept neat 4/5
