Hotel Royal Palace - Hotel in Mysuru - default, India

Very bad experience, no facility of filter water, during my stay of 4 days two days hot water is not available, both the staff is engaged in collecting money from customers , both are arrogant. Rooms are so small that two persons at a time can not enjoy free space, Daily cleaning of rooms & chenging bedsheets & pillow covers not available.. So dont stay at this hotel.

This is a worst hotel I have ever seen and they steal your belongings as well. Also the images shown are not the same in reality. Recently me and my husband we booked a single room for one day as it was closest to the railway station. The washroom was not clean and the spray gun didn't work. So we requested for room service to clean the washroom and left for site seeing with the impression that our belongings will be safe because they have cameras installed. While we came back we noticed that the washroom was still not clean and the spray gun didn't work. Again they room service came and fixed only the spray gun and left without saying anything. Later that day while sorting out things we noticed that one shirt and one tshirt from my husband's bag went missing.. when we checked with the people in reception they claimed that they didn't take it. When we headed back to chennai we checked whether we had left the clothes at home but no we had packed it in our bad and this hotel was the first place we stayed in Mysore. I highly recommend everyone please do not stay in this place as it is not safe at all. May be try a different place rather than royal palace. Only the name has royal in it but definitely not the place.

Its situated just 2km away from the mysore railway station. The service is good. We get pretty much decent rooms. Thd booking is available across all the apps.

Very bad hotel. I book the room booking .com. But they told me here no room. At last they see to me a small room. Bad smell and dirty bed. No words

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Royal Palace. The room was in poor condition, with broken furniture and a musty smell. The cleanliness was subpar, with stains on the bedsheet and a dirty bathroom. The staff showed a lack of professionalism and was unresponsive to our concerns. The overall value for money was very low, considering the quality of the accommodations. I would not recommend this place for a comfortable or pleasant stay.

Rooms very bad and not cleaning they are not giving basic needs like brush ,tumblers even water also so don't go for this room and bathrooms are not cleaned bathrooms are very stinky

Very good property and excellent service and I would like to extend a special appreciation for a fab service.....food was also very good...if at all i have to identify an area for improvement, it could be the front desk....took sometime to checkout.....but overall value for money...
