Everything was best but the owner of the hotel was too much greedy..he only wants to earn money from customer ..we give their advance of 500 rupee and we want that 500 at the checkout so he got angry cause we ask for money ,,because we don't get any food from their hotel .the hotel owner said from manager that do blacklist these type of peoples..
Nice place & clean rooms. A bit Pest Control require as Cockroaches were roaming around in the bathroom. Near to Dargah and happening place.

Only one guy in the staff was correct, who was giving good service. Jab hamne checked out kiya tab hamne apna luggage auto me rakhne ko kaha to unhone nahi rakha, hamari train ka time bhi ho gaya tha, When we went to the station, our luggage was not in the auto, and when we went to the hotel to take back our luggage, they said did you tip the waiter?Since we happily tipped the waiter at checkout, he was trying to say that if you tip the waiter, he will do your work, not the character. It was a good experience staying here with my family in May 2019, it was 17 of us. I just found them on google so though of leaving a review. The staff working here is very nice, courteous and accommodating. Restaurant makes amazing fresh food in their lovely kitchen upstairs, I had my morning breakfast to dinner at their restaurant. Rooms are amazing for its price. It is a nice and affordable place to stay near the Dargah Sharif. We would definitely stay here again because it is an all in one place, no need to go looking for good restaurants in the city.
