Rooms very so neat and clean. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Food at the hotel is just awesome. We loved the food and stay at Hotel Royal Palace and recommend everyone to stay in the same hotel as it is also near to the Bhopal Railway Station. It's within 1 km from the station. Overall we had a good stay.

I went there after booking hotel for 6 hours on hourly basis via MMT but they refused me checkin by saying there is rooms available, one of the pathetic experience i was standing on the road with luggage with no room to stay ....VERY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE, don't book this hotel

near to railway station and location also good but rest off things so bad i will start from check-in there is no waiting place that check in. area like if you go with your family while you doing checkin formalities so everyone have to standing there also no space for that also, common area and room also so small you will get hostel feeling here also food they cook like hostel it's not feels like hotel at all specially 3 Start hotel seriously price so high under 1k you can get better place then this spending clearly if you want to enjoy your trip then this is not place to stay and if just going for work just need room nothing else matters for you then go for it

Luxurious and spacious rooms, clean and hygienic, nearby station, parking available, normal budget hotel with helpful staff but a little annoying. Good for all type of group to stay.

The location and the conditions of rooms are good but the service is way bad. I stayed there for 6 hours and charged me around 1300 Rs including one time meal Egg Biryani which tasted like hell. Apart from service everything is good.

Don't book here, poor communication and they will charge you a lot. The guy at front desk told us that he will adjust extra 5 hours in our stay with no charge, when we checked out next early morning they start asking full day payment. Service and room was good but the guy at front desk need to open his mouth and learn to communicate clearly. Avoid this place if you have other options.

I had a stay for a day and below are my reviews 1. Clean hotel but with poor amenities For example- bedsheet was torn, No geyser 2. The worst part was , in the photos they show 3 beds for 3 adults room but that's not the case. They only have 2 beds in all the rooms 3. The hotel staff is ok but I had issues with the services. They had a single hot water rod which was used in many rooms. So scarcity of hot water 4. The only thing I liked was the locality. It is near to railway station and have options for cinemas and good restaurants like Manohar dairy

Had initial hiccups in getting our alloted rooms. We had 4 rooms in 2 bookings but we were told that only 3 rooms available,Anyway, the owner arranged 2 rooms in a nearby hotel and upgraded the other 2 rooms. ROOM: The rooms provided were good, clean & airy with big window. In one room, there was no option of wardrobe or a place to keep the luggage. We had to keep the luggage on the table. Other room have good manged space. BATHROOM : Bathroom was clean. FOOD : We only took tea from the hotel, as there are suoerb non-veg food option available just beside the hotel. SERVICE : The service was prompt. Overall leaving the initial incident, the stay was satisfactory..
