The Hotel gives a very rustic feel from the exterior but the interiors is very swanky and we'll kept. All the staff members are friendly and greeted with a smile. The breakfast and dinner buffet spread is too good. Keep up the good work Team. I look forward to visiting your other properties in other locations. I must stay, I had a pleasant stay with my family.

I had an incredible experience at Hotel Royal Orchid! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, offering a stunning view of the city. The on-site dining options were top-notch, with a diverse menu to please any palate .I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service and luxurious atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to the city.

Hotel Royal Orchid The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms have ample space. I had an amazing experience with my family at this place! Clean rooms and washrooms! The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices, from South Indian dishes to continental food. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and neat hotel at a decent rate.

Excellent place to host a party. The staff went above and beyond planning all details of the event and made great recommendations for the banquet hall arrangements and menu to ensure a successful party. The service and food on the day of the event was awesome. Highly recommended!

Good hotel overall, good food as well. However rooms need renovation. Not worth the money being charged, no where close to the star rating they are expecting. All the money seems to be going to renovating the lobby instead of the rooms.

The place was very good. The staff were very hospitable. The aura of the place and its prime location all adds onto its charm. I highly recommend living in this hotel for anyone who wants a luxurious stay with excellent dining and superfriendly staff. It's one of the best hotels I have visited

Awesome Experience. Room was spacious with all the basis amenities for stay. Staff was so courteous during my stay. I have no complaints or mistakes from staff. Food was good but can give 9/10. Ample space for parking and two exits are there which were also helped me by saving my time many times.

We had planned a trip and booked room as had stayed at the hotel with friends. The hotel staff was very polite and empathetic towards us from check in till the day we checked out all of our needs were addressed on priority and even they suggested nearby good places to tour and the amenities within the premises were great.
