Very good hotel for the price quoted. Very luxurious rooms. Clean. Well maintained. Friendly staff. It is located not very far from airport. The menu has good options for veg and non veg. They provide iron box, hair dryer for all rooms which hotels of this budget wont give. Had a good experience with the stay. Good luck to them. I will recommend this hotel to my friends who visit Jaipur.

The Hotel, Location, Approach and Accessibility is Great. But another Bad Experience was waiting for on second day of our stay when Somebody from Hotel Probably a Cleaning Guy Stole 10K from the Room when Keys Left at Reception for Cleaning. It is only we reporting it for others to be Careful only for their Valuables. Else the Other Team is Hospitable and Doing Best. Our Stay was from October 6 to 8.

Used it as a transit hotel and it is just that. Not the best as a 5 star hence available at a much cheaper rate. However does great for the price at which it was available. Definitely as good as a good 4 star. Location near the airport + highways is a great plus.

A great hotel with lovely service. Mr Manohar the hotel manger is very hands on and always around to assist and guide. Mr akshat the chef had an informative chat with us regarding various food options and the culinary processes. The staff and service is outstanding. Breakfast choices are plentiful and staff is attentive. Highly recommend

This is no four star hotel, it's over expensive for the service you get. The front office person who attended us didnt even bother to welcome or give a drink or show us way to the couch to wait. We were standing and he was just seeing us. The rooms are okay with bad towels you won't like to wipe yourself with it. Bathtub was all dirty. One of our room's ac was not working even after complaining they didn't attend to it. The other room's flush was not working properly. People come rushing for tips at check out but they don't bother when you are there. Even the person who parked our car got all scratches over it. Bad service I just stayed here because other good hotels were booked. But it's a subpar hotel. I am not saying all the staff was rude but this is what we experienced.

If you ever want to celebrate someone special's birthday or any important date... You should stay here and if available opt for the room with a personal pool... So romantic and warm ambience... And the staff is very supportive and helpful.

IF ASSURANCES COULD PAY FOR STAY One of the best thing you learn from this hotel is assurances. - Assurance that food will be good next time - Assurance that services would be good next time - Assurance that room and toilet will be clean, with bath fixtures working properly next time If you assure all these and why do you charge customer for this? Place is not a 5 star property. No working amenities or even food served in buffet is tasteless. No Rajasthani cuisine and even delays in getting food or food items missing. May be a shortage of supplies. Kind of a pay booth hotel, you ask for cold water, its chargeable. Still, if Assurance could have beeb used to pay for this 2,3 star property.

It as a family trip. I booked it for 3 day 2 nights from their website after taking their membership. In membership they mentioned lots of things to provide to members but once when you reached their at hotel their staff doesn't provide that. I asked for room upgrade as its my parents anniversary they give me deluxe to club room which is similar. Nothing change in club room. Not even they have club lounge access aa club rooms always have club lounge access. So i didn't take that. As in membership mentioned something else for welcome drink and they offered something else. All floors have very bad sewage smell. Even in washrooms water get collected in sink because of bad sewage system. They have lots of interns in food court who doesn't know how to serve guest. As my father asked something waiter just said no on his face to serve him and said him to go and take your self. This kind of service this 5 Star Hotel is providing to their guests. Food was pathetic. Their is no touch of rajasthani food in food. Not even a single dish of rajasthan. Room service was pathetic. Need to call again and again and send reminders to send something. They even don't have guest car cleaning services. According to membership we can check out by 2:00 pm but they forced us to check out by 12:00 pm. Their is no use of taking their membership. Doesn't know HOW HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY GIVE THIS HOTEL GROUP 5 STAR RATING. It should comes in 3 star property. Over all disappointed and pathetic experience.
