Extremely unhygienic. There were cockroaches all over the room. The toilets weren't clean when we checked in. We paid for an extra mattress and it was extremely hard to sleep on. No bills were generated and we were still asked to pay the GST amount. When questioned about it, they changed their statement saying that it was a package that they offered and they will only accept cash.
Last week I stayed in this hotel. There are small insects and cocroaches wandering in the room. There are mere 2-3 channels available on TV unit. First day they provide toewls and nepkins, and second day they got it back. There is no warm water for bath. The room service was worst. And food was too much costly. I ordered khichdi(rice) and it cost 450rs ! In this money you can buy 5kg rice at home! Tea costs 50rs ! Plz dont waste your money there are so many good and nice hotels in ahmedabad. Plz dont go there.
Great Hotel.. I came to ahmedabad first time for india vs pakistan World Cup match. The hotel guys helped me so much. Room was good and clean. Hotel located in good area. Near hotel, good veg-restaurants are there. Overall very good stay. 24x7 taxi available. Metro station 15min away from hotel. Ahmedabad railway station 15min away.

Wonderful Hotel Great location with all facilities around. Basic amenities like TV, AC, are found. Service was fine. The restaurant is also good for nice foods. It costed us around Rs.2200/- for a Super Deluxe AC Room. Very good and clean room. The bed was comfortable. We had a nice family stay. Best Ambiance I have been to many hotels in Gujarat but hotel royal landmark was the best one until now...the room was very clean and nice ....the hotel staff listened to what I wanted carefully and brought me those things ..even the breakfast in morning was good & hot ...they called me twice so that I don't miss my breakfast... good service
Stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with family. It was a good experience, the staff is courteous and the location of the hotel is close to Kankaria lake. Only drawback about the room was the transparent glass wall between the room and the washroom (which obviousky has a curtain though). Overall a value for money experience.
It's the worst hotel in the hotel industry you might be impressed with the ambience however the staff is very rude including the manager who calls himself as the owner. you can find staff throwing plates in the restaurant and you would be served in one of the fallen plates. Any complaints given to the owner/manager he would say we are the best and we have no scope for improvement. The complimentary breakfast is just a formality as you would not be given anything to eat. Guys look at other options dont waste your money here as you would feel really pissed of the next day
