Good hotel. Manager was polite and helpful person. Staff behaviour was good. Food was ok ok ( butter milk test was like it was 2-3 days old). Ventilation was not good in non AC Room(their shall be steel net ro prevent form mosquito on window). Overall experience was good. 5 star for the manager and staff.

While the room itself had a modern and stylish design, there were a few significant issues that greatly impacted my overall satisfaction.First and foremost, the absence of windows in the Super Deluxe Room was a major disappointment. I believe that natural light and a view can greatly enhance the ambiance of a hotel room, but unfortunately, this room lacked that essential feature. It made the room feel claustrophobic and disconnected from the outside world, ultimately dampening my enjoyment of the stay.Furthermore, I was taken aback by the hotel's policy of not allowing outside food. As a guest, I appreciate having the freedom to choose my meals and occasionally enjoy a taste of local cuisine. Unfortunately, this hotel seemed to prioritize its own restaurant offerings over accommodating guests' preferences. This restriction on outside food limited my dining options and forced me to rely solely on the hotel's menu, which, in my opinion, was quite limited.Another disappointing aspect was the hotel's strict rule against wearing sando (sleeveless undershirts) outside the room. While I understand the importance of maintaining a certain level of decorum, I found this particular rule to be excessive. It felt unnecessarily restrictive, especially when other hotels allow casual attire like sando in common areas. Such rigid regulations can make guests feel uncomfortable and hinder their ability to relax during their stay.Additionally, the hotel's practice of providing water bottles only upon request was inconvenient. I believe that basic amenities like water bottles should be readily available in a Super Deluxe Room without guests needing to explicitly ask for them. This oversight felt like an attempt to cut corners and save costs, which is not what I would expect from a hotel offering a super deluxe experience.Overall, my stay in the Super Deluxe Room fell short of my expectations. The lack of windows, the restriction on outside food, the ban on wearing sando outside the room, and the need to ask for water bottles all contributed to a disappointing experience. While the hotel may have other redeeming qualities, I would caution future guests to consider these limitations before booking this particular room type.

very shady hotel, please avoid going with your family here, the location is near the bus stop that is the only good thing, there is no ventilation in the washroom and it's very small, room is big and okay but blanket was very dirty, washroom cleaning staff was ill mannered when we asked to clean the dirty toilet

Hotel is at Good and at centralised location near Bus stand but the Surrounding area near entry is not neat and clean. Rest all staff and Honour of the Hotel is cooperative. It was ok as i have not Spent much time there so cant share more

It was a nice budget stay. Staff is so polite and kept us updated about the breakfast, dinner and also keep on checking if we had breakfast,dinner. Foor rate was also reasonable and taste is also good at this price.

Looks better on the pictures than it is in reality. Our room had no window and also the rooftop terrace is not really inviting. Moreover, the area is not really nice unfortunately.
