Hotel Royal Inn - Hotel in Amravati - Amravati, India

I had just gone to their restaurant to eat something, so I ordered Chole Bhature but when it came there was so much oil in it, even when i just started eating it my hands was full of oil . . . . And taste was also very poor of chole and when i said this to the manager, he was just listening me quietly and didn't even said sorry for a single time. Please don't go there for having food . . . It would be ur biggest mistake if u go there for having food.

cooperative staff, service was good. feel comfortable during check in only the issue I found that no called me from hotel I have done check in at 1 am. Also not able to get in touch with hotel. both number was temporarily not working and this was the bad experience for me. City was totally new to me. kindly update the number. it's prime responsibility of vendor and owner to update right number. Clear message that you are not safe when going to new city. safety of customer is the prior responsibility of vendor as well as service provider. No one called me up from hotels because they haven't received my numbers in system. pls take wise step to avoid this kind of negligence things.WiFi connectivity which save data during work period. for 2 person it's good room clean neat with economy price.

This was the worst ever hotel stay I have experienced. NOT at all worth it for the money . AC does not work, Fan works (For name sake) no hot water. Also we called for 1 tea and 2coffee, charges were 180rs but it was not even hot. Don't know when that was prepared. When we went out, I remember we locked our room. But the door was open when we came back. So the hotel opened our room in our absense. I highly recommend not to stay here.

Hotel extends free breakfast in room every morning but serving is too improper. Although Food prepared is delicious but Tea is served along with breakfast in open disposal cups instead in Thermos and proper ceramic mugs. By the time you finish breakfast, tea is worth throwing away.

Easy location way to badnera railway station road and amravati railway station also 10 minutes. Room is neet and clean washroom also very neet and clean hot water is avalible wherever cost 1500 is little bit high for these room can get better room in same price. Toiletries gaet only small soap and shampu pouch nothing else. Reception person very nice and helpful.

One of the best hotels of Amravati in budget. We booked it for one day with my father,sister in law and nephew. Breakfast was very good and you will get it on checkout day if booked for one day before 10:45 to 11 am. We have Poha,upma and Tea which was also good. Hotel staff courtesy and behaviour was very good. They will make sure you will get full comfort and full satisfaction and greet you with a smile. Rooms were clean,well ventilated, ac and tv was working well, Bathroom equiped with hot and cold water, well equiped westwrn commode, soap and shampoo. Whatever u need u can ask and they will make sure your need is fulfilled like water etc. In the night they remind you to order dinner if u haven't had any and make sure you are comfortable I asked for extra blanket which they provide without any questions. You can take relatives and number of folks to visit in the room and they allow which was best for me as my father have knee problem so he cannot walk much. At Checkin and checkout you can ask service guy to come and put it luggage in-out of cab. Outside the Hotel an old gatekeeper was also very helpful and he will guide u about city and nearby shops and always have smile on his face. Only thing which is con is the executive suit parties which make alcohol and cigarette smell outside the room on 2nd floor lobby but it will not come in your hotel room. But since it is not related to room it's not a problem for us. Overall a 5 star experience and I will surely like to visit here again.

The room was not up to the mark as per standard old and unclean bed sheets broken door latch, very old towel seems unclean as well, not sufficient toiletries just one small medi-mix soap. Not even sure about the blanket in the room as it was brown in colour whether it was clean or not. The only thing which was fine in hotel was food, toilet was clean and the entrance of the hotel but nothing good about the room.

The hotel was good, rooms were spacious, located outside the rush of the city. There were some problems that can be rectified and which I didn't like personally. The service was too late even they did not provide us with toilet soaps at all even after repeatedly asking for it. I had to ask for bath Towel three times to receive one. In the morning I ordered for black coffee and normal coffee for my colleague, but provided me with black tea and I had to wait for the waiter to come and change it, another coffee which I ordered for my roommate was also not coffee it was tea instead. The cover of the pillow was stinking like anything, I had to adjust the pillow upside down and put under my head because of its strong bad smell. I could not use my mobile internet in the hotel room that was provided to me because the internet was very slow in that area it was totally 2G. There was Wi-Fi in the hotel, but I had to call the reception 3 times to receive the password, still could not get the right one, as the receptionist always gave me the wrong passwords and I could not connect to the Wi-Fi at all.
