Very bad hotel, no cleaning, linens are very dirty, not changed. Arrogant house keeping and front office staff. Every where dust is there in room. Worthless for money. I have paid 2800, they committed me for deluxe room but gave a regular room as delux room. All staff considering guest are foolish and don't know the room difference.

Excellent Hotel, well maintained and Good Hospitality. 10/10 It's my 1st time in royal inn hotel. Rooms are spacious, neat and cleaned. All required modern amenities are present. Room service done everyday, Good Breakfast. Worth staying here.

Very poor housekeeping. - Spider webs on telephone. - Bedsheets are not washed and cleaned - Bathrooms are very unhygienic. - Bath towels are not in good condition - No proper space for parking - Gutka Spitting inside room wall - Gutka Spitting outside window2. No safe parking space.3. Fan was working only on 5 speed. Regulator was not working.4. Air conditions are of very poor brand that not able to sleep properly.My father mother and wife are so disappointed with the room condition.
The service is very bad. Hotel staff is not co operating. Mr Kush Patel is very rude. He has no talking sense and he has no manners how to talk with the costumer. Very bad experience.

1.Room is not cleaned
2. Bathroom condition is not up to the mark
3. Bathroom door making noise while open and close
4. Washbasin is too small and water is not coming from tap
5.There is no room service
6. I asked for a water bottle at 10:20PM then reply come from reception is that water is coming in 10 min I wait for 20 min then i call back after 10 min means i call after half an hour then reply from reception is hilarious he said that i have no person to attend this time when somebody come i will give u water but now when the time I wrote this review is 0700am water bottle is not coming
7. Behaviour of receptionist is very pathetic

Best hotel in Junagadh. Their service is excellent, so is cleanliness. They also have a rooftop restaurant which serves all types of cuisines which are so tasty. Even they can allow you to check-in early if the rooms are available.
