Hotel Royal Inn - Hotel in Kothi - East Nimar, India

I want to be reasonable, but I am unable to give 0 stars. Hence giving 1. This is a good looking hotel, but don't get fooled by what you see outside. Rooms are very dirty and not well maintained at all. Towels, blankets are really worn out. Washroom are the dirtiest, some insect was also present to welcome us. I paid 6000+ for one night for family of 4. I feel cheated. Moreover I misplaced the key, which is a smart card, for that they charged me 1000!!! I have never experienced this ever in my life across the world. Also they asked to pay on personal number to keeping whole amount to themselves. Staff was really rude too.

During my visit in July, which is not the peak season, I found that many hotels were offering regular AC rooms for a minimum of 3,600 rupees. However, I was able to find a very good AC room in this particular hotel for just 2,000 rupees, which was a great deal. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel provided safe car parking facilities, along with separate arrangements for the driver, which was very impressive.This place is very good with reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and although there is no WiFi, it's okay. It is a bit far from the temple, but it is especially great for those who come by own car. The hotel is located right on the road and the staff is very polite. There is also a nice green garden in front, which is a great addition. Overall, it is the best choice within a budget. I highly recommend trying out this property.

There is no wifi vendor available in the area hence no wifi in hotel. They do not provide normal water in rooms, you only have to buy water bottles. Prices were slightly high as well.

Stopped by for quick breakfast after omkareshwar darshan. Parathas were very good. Ample parking and clean amenities. Kids even got to spend a bit of time in outdoor play area

We stayed in this hotel with our Family. Hotel has good location, car parking and open space with a great view. The rooms are pathetic, unhygienic, cleanliness is worst. Bathroom and toilets are dirty . Restaurant served stale food , the cleanliness was worst. Waiters were unprofessional. In short except ambience and location everything is pathetic and there was no desire to accept the feedback and improve. Not recommended for family stay .

Hotel location, space, front look is very good but rooms and washrooms need renovation and cleanliness. rooms rent is not very high considering room quality, we just visited the hotel to check rooms but we didn't like the rooms and cleanliness so not stayed there so not able to comment for services and food.

Hotel manager is rude and does not provide any facility like water. They also take money for water. Rooms are not clean at all.there is a dust allover in room. Mattress and bedsheet is also not Clean. I have not any option to give O star so I give 1 star...... feeling disgusted

Worst experience. Stopped by this hotel as the ambience seem to be nice and hotel is built in huge space. In contrary to the setup, the hotel is disgusting, pathetic. Washrooms are terrible. Food was pathetic. Found worms in biriyani. Unhygenic staff, they served butter milk without washing hands and stains all over the glass. Manager was rude and was claiming everything good to them. He was like if you like it come otherwise dont. Do not visit this place
