Excellent experience. I have stayed here along with my families in 2 tranches. Booked Heritage suite rooms which has all the necessary amenities. Rooms are spacious. Best thing of this hotel is food quality. Got some delicious foods . Buffett food options for Breakfast & Dinner are really good and great value for money. Special mention to Aqeel, Abid, Omer & Bilal. During our second leg of stay, they voluntarily upgraded our rooms to Suite room and arranged additional help for our early morning flight. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible.
Best hospitality, Neat and Clean Rooms, Professional Team with a smile on their faces, and a welcoming nature. The hotel is having beautiful interiors, and power backup with a Lift facility. The Kitchen service is good with quality food. Also, the F& B Manager Mushtaq Ji is too polite and well-behaved, he will keep taking feedback and will go the extra mile to meet your expectations. For the tariff charged, this hotel is a nothing but an utter waste. Too tiny for 3 person to stay in it. Deceiving pictures in the booking websites, unclean rooms, pathetically shabby extra bed with stains in it, arrogant & ignorant staffs who desisted from even switching on the AC in the reception when we checked in, Lack of coordination within staffs, threatening tone of a supervisor are some of the key features of this hotel. Fudging food bills - we were added a bill worth of 1300 Rs, when confronted the supervisor pushed us to pay fOr something that we didn't take at all. It involved a Chicken Curry dish on which i debated and finally he had to agree.
