Food was good and hotel staff is helpful. Car parking is free which is good. Front desk manager was very helpful and our issues got resolved quickly. Highly recommend for family and friends.
Rooms were very good stay was amezing. They have resturant on roof top with golden fort view. Free parking available in hotel. And staff was very cooperative and friendly We did Desert safari from hotel and we enjoy very much all is very good. Must visit
The main issue we had was one of the staff stole my wifes wedding ring while we were out. It was the only thing left out on the bench next to the bed. The restaurant above and rooms are quite expensive compared to most other places. We thought paying a bit more for a hotel room would mean they can afford to pay their staff so they don't steal, but this was not the case. After confronting them and speaking with the only staff member who entered our room it was clear we weren't going to get our wedding ring back.
Excellent Service. Food is also good. Allowed early check in. Managed all trips smoothly. Definitely a place to stay in Jaisalmer. They desert camp service they provided was also very good.

The best Hotel experience ever. The Rooms, bathrooms, Food everything was superb. The best part was the Staff. They were extremely kind and always had a smile. Infact they even paid for our auto to the Railway Station as we were leaving. I would 100% Recommend it.
The hotel Royal Haveli is an amazing property with excellent location. Fort is 5 min walking distance from this Hotel. Hotel With the good ambience.. And the food is soo soo delicious and The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting jaislmer
The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back!
