Food was good and hotel staff is helpful. Car parking is free which is good. Front desk manager was very helpful and our issues got resolved quickly. Highly recommend for family and friends.

The main issue we had was one of the staff stole my wifes wedding ring while we were out. It was the only thing left out on the bench next to the bed. The restaurant above and rooms are quite expensive compared to most other places. We thought paying a bit more for a hotel room would mean they can afford to pay their staff so they don't steal, but this was not the case. After confronting them and speaking with the only staff member who entered our room it was clear we weren't going to get our wedding ring back.
Excellent Service. Food is also good. Allowed early check in. Managed all trips smoothly. Definitely a place to stay in Jaisalmer. They desert camp service they provided was also very good.

The best Hotel experience ever. The Rooms, bathrooms, Food everything was superb. The best part was the Staff. They were extremely kind and always had a smile. Infact they even paid for our auto to the Railway Station as we were leaving. I would 100% Recommend it.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! Although the restaurant is quite good hygiene & tastes best as well. Again the location is quite nearby every side scene & tourist points. A good stay for NRIS too .Thank you so much."
