Not even any single star. Never ever visit again . And i recommends you all please never visit such kind of hotels

This is the worst experience ever. Wasted time and money. The hotel is completely different from photos. The room and specially the bathroom has a pungent smell. The towel in washroom was stinky and dirty. Floor tile was broken. Beds were uncleaned. No proper room service and food was hell. The lift does not work there. And they charge extra than the MRP for water.

The location is very nice. Room was good. Staff was friendly.

Hotel is about 800 mtr from Patel Nagar Metro Station and nearest bus stop is east Patel Nagar. It contain a freezer in room with AC and fans available. Breakfast is free which contains paratha or puri with curd and vegetable tea or coffee is optional. Veg and non veg both items are present you can order according to your need. Veg as well non veg thali is available on request. Staff are well mannered and well behaved. Budget hotel on this area

wasted my money and time. Booked this hotel because of it's location despite its poor ratings. It was a mistake. hotel do not look like it is shown building construction work going on everywhere in the hotel.hotel rooms are damaged, bathrooms are filthy, towels they use are dirty and torned had changed 3 rooms during my 4 day stay, and found the same problem in every room.despite of a peaceful location of Patel Nagar, there is no quite moment in this hotel, mostly because of the constitution work going on, even in the nights 11:30PMtook our keys for room cleaning and when i came back, found the whole room (especially the bathroom) dirty, after inquiring found out that they needed to have some work done in the bathrooms and took our keys for plumbers to enter in our room and get the work done.it was a very bad experience for me and my family and I'm very dejected. above all, this was my first hotel booking stated in the booking confirmation that the checkout timing is 12PM but they were forcing us to do the checkout at 11AM as per hotel rules.

I was travelling with my Mummy and Papa and booked hotel accommodation for 3 people. Instead of providing 3 beds accomodation, this hotel provided a very congested twin sharing room for 3 adults. As per this hotel, all of their rooms are the same. Apart from accomodation issue, hotel staff is also very casual and needs to be trained. They do not have the adequate to greet or welcome their customers. If I'll talk about room and hotel condition, it was not clean at all. Its enterence, stairs lobby was full of dust. Out of 4 lights in washroom, only one was working. The only good thing about this hotel is their food which was undoubtedly tasty. Parking: There is a space to park two cars in front of the hotel. Liquor: There is a liquor store in front of the hotel. Location: Very busy location in East Patel Market Nearby: A complete market is there. Gyan restaurant is recommended. Hotel is accepting tripple sharing accomodation while they only have twin sharing. Very cold and casual hotel staff. Completely disappointed.

Room were vomit stains all over the wall in washroom and sink was broken even after complaint they didn't not change the room. Location is very good for this hotel staffs are cordial. Lift wasn't working had to carry my luggage upto 3rd floor. Otherwise I will rate the rooms very average.

My experience of royal grand hotel of 10 days, worst room service, please don't even try to have tea, breakfast or dinner here. It may detrimental for your health. Kitchen staff members are fully unaware about using precautions while making food (unhygienic food). Moreover, worst taste of food and bread in breakfast, I don't know which type of food oil they use but truly it can do severe health damages. Irrefutably, there is not any chance that you will get any positive feedback of your complaints. Because I tried many times. Hope hotel organisation will take this review genuinely and seriously by which, they can mitigate this issue as soon. Otherwise, all the visitors are wise, off course they will check reviews before visiting here.
