HOTEL ROYAL GRAND HERITAGE - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

Our experience was very pleasant. The hotel rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. The restaurant food taste and quality is also great. Overall the staffs are very courteous and helpful which made our staying experience memorable.

Our experience was very good. The Manager, Mr. Deepak was really good and helpful. He helped arrange rickshaw and cab. House keeping and front desk staff are very friendly. Restaurant is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

I stayed there for 2night. It has been a wonderful stay here. Hotel is almost 20mins walking distance from main temple. Commutation is easy available early morning. Travel desk was helpful. Staff was courteous. Food was good. A major feedback to the restaurant management to specifically mention that food will have onion and garlic. So that people who don't eat it, can order accordingly.

Hotel was excellent. Room are neat, clean and well interior. Service was most efficient. Food test was delicious,sufficient quantities and varieties of menu are available. Hotel manager Mr.Deepak is very polite and descent person who pay personal attention with all customers, offers guidelines for our entire tour and helps us to fulfill our requirements. Hotel is located in market area and about 1.5 km away from "Jagannath temple",all public transport are easily available. Hotel is romantic, luxury, having great value and High-tech.

We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids. The hotel staff were very welcoming and courteous and alloted us the room earlier than the scheduled check-in time (as we reached early). The house keeping staff helped a lot with the luggage and extended support even during late nights. Hotel supported to such an extent that it even arranged the panda (pandit) for us to visit the Jagannath Puri temple. That's not all, the Hotel has its own travel desk using which we hired a tempo traveller for a day at a very nominal cost. Complimentary breakfast was good, food at the top floor is amazing (though little expensive). Overall a nice and comfortable stay. Special appreciation to Shiva, Deepak, Payal, Biswajeet and the house keeping staff (Amit and Manoj).

I think everything is perfect, from rooms to service. Rooms are spacious and clean etc. Hotel is in prime location, everything is nearby, from temple to beach. Service is very great, staff is very humble, cooperative and nice.

The driver was on time and courteous, and the car was clean and comfortable. Delicious Food Being from Delhi we need delicious food, and it's not easy to find it however we did our breakfast and dinner at the hotel only and it's worth it . It was a last minute plan and we didn't book over any app. We called up the hotel and they responded very promptly. They provided us with an amazing room. The hotel has royal looking interiors. Extremely clean. Cooperative staffs. Excellent room service. Food was also great. Great for the price. Must visit.
