The rooms in the new building aren't finished well. We took the Royal deluxe room after seeing cockroaches roaming in the deluxe room in the old bedroom. The tap in the wash basin was almost touching the basin leaving you with little space to wash your hands without your hands touching the basin. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The phone wasn't working. The lift was filled with mosquitoes. It's a okay hotel if you don't have any other option.
The hotel is quite good as compared to the prices. Pool and kid's playarea are two spots they do very well. Resturant ambience and decor is lovely but food is not up to the mark. Rooms are okay, they should be cleaned up well before allotment. Bathroom sucks. They don't know how to clean it! Inspite of repeatedly asking they are not paying any attention. There's no intercom so don't expect any kind of room service.
Very bad experience. Poor service. Negligent approach of staff at restaurant. In morning time madam on reception was more interested in walking outside despite the guest was standing at reception counter.
Best place food & drinks lover. Also very usefull for any party with good rooms... Must visit here. Value for money...
I only went there for dinner, because somebody had recommended it. But it failed very harshly. Service was very slow, staff seemed to not care about customers at all. The taste and quality of food is questionable, since they didn't even know how to make a good pizza. The location is also not very delightful, and the ambience is a little dull. My suggestion, don't go there. Instead if you are in daman, go to any hotel in Devka Beach. At least you will get good views.
The location is superb. The ambience is also amazing and the food they serve is delicious. Service can be improved as they have a much bigger space but less number of people who serve.
Hotel surroundings is good. But they need to work on room interior as in bathroom. Restaurant serves great food

Ordered a cake from there place for the very first time and it was hands down the best cake I have ever had. It was soft and tasty in all the right ways. Exactly same texture as in reference picture. Worth every penny.
